I closely monitor changes and updates more than the average player, yet I still fell victim to some of these issues. It's incredibly frustrating that an update like this was introduced in the midst of people's seasons. Once I realized the new gear was superior to the old gear, I felt an urgent need to optimize my commanders and formations to ensure competitive performance during the crucial part of my season. While this video offers excellent, concise information, unfortunately, many players have already been adversely affected. Thanks, and keep up the great work!
You know what's crazy is if you click on the relic in your inventory and it the materials you can see what you fed into it. So the mechanic should be there. Unfortunately I put 3 Obsidian daggers into GtWs :(
If you go to your relic in your backpack, click the book and then materials it will show you exactly what items you have inside the relic item. I also put items inside a relic that I WISH I could get back because of the item racial changes.. another reason dev's need to give us a free break down of our relic's without losing items.
I messed up pretty badly right when the event started with something else. I have an r10 Sauron with relic, now that Im not that happy with him I learned that relic cant be break down by elven craftsman hammer, and also unable to pull out respect from sauron because of that. Pretty much all of my flawless respect is stuck in My r10 sauron because i crafted his relic. Im not mad aboutt making this change, Im mad about the devs not making it super clear when you craft a relic that how big of a choice you make.
They nerfed oathbrakers and ruined my KOD, half my waivers and a lots of good gear inside waisted. I’m not happy with the devs and there communication on how relics work. And mid week changes to units that completely change commander’s😢
There is a petition being waged atm about this. People who have scrapped items/Rerolled them, only to have the devs remove race restriction later they want there gear back
I warned you about this ATME. I did get a response from the Devs and they are willing it seems, to break down my unique as a one time fix but I had to contact support for them to do it. Took like three weeks to get the reply
You forgot the fact, that wornout pieces cant be upgraded to new items if you havent hammerd down an item before updating. Completely stupid mechanic but it's in the game
i think they should reset the unique items next season so you can have that gear back, did the same as you spend maybe 6 pipes in a unique and now i want them back because of the patch. its not fair imo. I hope the devs can see that.
All the changes this leveling 40-50 pvp only is awful and this is coming from someone who only plays to pvp. The real whales just sit and get stronger eating other troops

The relic will also do that you can´t reset respect, i made that "mistake" on KoD and then OB got nerfed leaving me with Z1 useless commander.

I ask devs to give me back my items lost in reforging because it was not clear.

I lose 20 yellow items with reforging … because it was not clear …
