its hard to give advice because of how I started my league, but I will anyway. I first started it using a public game called NASCAR Full Pack Racing, and eventually, after about a season or so moved on from it and started to make my own games. All I did to get a following was go into public servers of roblox NASCAR games, whatever that may be, and just post in chat asking if anyone wanted to join a league.
