In QLD, I spent 8 months in jail, and 3 years on strict bail with an ankle monitor, just to be found not guilty by a jury in 60 minutes, on 9 charges. The case never had any merit, and she was the abuser. I met her on Bumble, and she even sent bikies to my house to intimidate me before trial. The police have still done nothing, despite knowing the truth. Her name is Talitha Nicholson, and my name is Michael Vautier. I am a distinguished war Veteran too.

Was the 8 months, "held in remand" - meaning it took 3 years and 8 months for the case to get to trial? If so, what got you of remand and on to strict bail conditions. (I sympathise with your position - any normal person would - I just want to relate it accurately)

My husband was a recipient of a FALSE allegation from a female student. After years and thousand of dollars to defend himself through multiple court cases to clear his name he was left a shell of a man who no longer trusts anyone. He was forced out of education where he taught for 20 years. Even though he was cleared of all charges, there is no compensation. After 6 years he has retired only to receive a phone call from same staff member who drove him out from the education department asking if he wanted to teach casual due to staff shortages. This is extremely insulting. Any wonder there are no good teachers left if this is how they get treated. I am embarrassed to be a female in today's world where the feminist movement have been weaponised to destroy the family unit for their own gain.

    • @BarnzTT
      @BarnzTT 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

Ma'am the feminist movement was made so that the corporations can make money from women. Women by far are the highest consumers. Thus, the governments have castrated men by empowering women through different laws at the cost of men's rights.
The no fault divorce was the worst thing that could have happened in western society. American government makes 10 cent to a Dollar through child support. Thus the government takesaway children from fathers. While most of the child support are being spent not on children. Women in America are more highly in debt compared to males despite the fact women are more educated and have high paying jobs. What is sad is that children are at an statistical disadvantage without a father. Thus, generational trauma is being passed on through generwtions.

One guy was dating this girl and they had an argument (still dating) they had seggs and she decided the next day she was still mad so told police her still boyfriend at the time graped her and off to jail he goes.
The other one is my dads mate who’s adult daughter accused him of graping her oldest daughter that she was too much of a junkie to look after herself, as far as I know she’s full of sh** but in jail he went aswell.

Bear with me. I do have a relatable point here. I’m a gay man in my 40’s, and grew up during a time where it wasn’t uncommon for some in society to not see any difference between homosexuality & pedophilia. I have spent my entire life being very wary around young children, keeping my guard up, never EVER wanting to be left alone with young children for fear of any accusation. One accusation, or one act of suspicion is enough to ruin an innocent man’s life.
I’m starting to empathise & sympathise now with todays young heterosexual men that have zero intention of ever abusing a women, yet constantly keep their guard up, exhaustingly scrutinising their own innocent behaviour for fear of an accusation or allegation of sexual assault.

This should include jail time as so many men have been sent to jail for false allegations. Aussie 30 YO lady here, been in several long term relationships, all with Aussie men (I don't date outside my continent thank you very much) and for good reason, Aussie men are laidback, like the outdoors, build & fix things, and have the same values as I do.. and all my ex partners have been chill even after breaking up, we remain friendly. Never been beaten or abused, the most I've copped is one pushed me and I pushed him right back, then we had a beer to calm down haha. I guess I was raised not to be a crybaby either, if he calls me a b*tch, I'll call him a b*stard. Fair is fair. The only time Ive been roughed up is by men from other countries (hence why I dont give them the time of day - I hear a foreign accent I'm out). It's best for Aussie men and women to stick together, but I honestly lose faith with all this woke leftist nonsense. Alot of my girlfriend's have adopted this thinking and a few have even begun dating women all of a sudden because of this woke crap. It's castrating our men when they need balls to stand up for us all. I have two brothers and I worry about them getting girlfriends.. it's a nightmare. I had a cuppa n yarn with my ex fiance this evening, we broke up in January and we get along to this day. I don't know what the answer is, all I know is personally, I want an Aussie husband and I know there's one out there for me. I'm hopeful we can overcome this current political climate, but more women need to stand up for our men. Like I said, never been abused by an Aussie man. Not to say it doesn't happen, but I'm just saying, it's never happened to me and what some women are calling abuse nowadays is what I'd just refer to as passionate exchange. Seems like a man can't even argue without the girl crying about it, and that's not fair.

I recently pointed out that the vast majority of the time when a woman filed for divorce there was no abuse or infidelity. Her response was to start claiming basically anything that could upset a woman was “financial” or “emotional” abuse. The term abuse has become so broad that women will claim the slightest inconvenience in a marriage is some kind of abuse that the man is responsible for. Meanwhile, women seem to have no obligation at all in marriage. It is simply a man’s responsibility to keep a wife happy at all times no matter what. Marriage should be about family stability, not just a way to make men subservient to a woman’s “happiness”.

Funny to come across this video considering I just got out last night, but its so bloody true. I missed my court date, was charged in my absence and denied a section 4 to have my charges annulled so I could fight the charges with a section 4 with govt funding because I don't trust legal aid. In my experience legal aid work together with the police prosecutor to give you the shittest deal and if you're a kiwi or from a pacific islander you better be very careful. I handed myself in to Gladesville police only to be taken to Burwood court and sent to Parklea prison for a MONTH. It is nearly impossible to defend yourself from jail because your legal aid rep is NEVER the same one every time you front court. 30 minutes before your court case youre MEANT to get to talk to legal aid but will always get someone on the other end saying " Im not legal aid but I'm working for them today. I was so frustrated that I could actually see what they were trying to do to me so I prepared a 4 page letter to read to the judge, which thankfully he let me read. I got some Asian lady who said the same thing to me, "Hi im not legal aid but Im working for them". After a quick discussion about my case, she said ok ok I've got to go. I said to her" I bloody handed myself in and ive been in here for a month , just get me bail, to which she swiftly responded adamantly
" No you definitely won't be getting bail" and hung up. I was seething at her answer, but didn't mention my letter I had prepared. When my case started I said "Your honour may I please have the opportunity to read a letter which I have prepared for you", to which the bloody Asian lady who was representing me quickly objected to.,
I looked at her and said listen here you, you just assured me 10 minutes ago i would definitely not be getting bail today so don't you dare sit there and tell me I can't read my letter. Since it was nearing 5pm the judge adjourned it for the next day Friday. The next day I got a different legal aid, was allowed to read my letter and got a corrections order. Yeah baby 😊😊. It's all a scam and police, certain ministers LADY judges and media are all in on it. The multitudes of decent and helpless father's that are in jail is becoming a business.
Just remember when the movie Once were warriors came out. Its always been there but it's how the media just like to highlight and broadcast their domestic violence campaign.

    Stay blessed, Cheers 😊😊

Had her friends rob my house, had me kicked out of two homes. Lost job. Lived in the forrest homeless and hungry, used Facebook to tell all my own friends that I'm a monster, family too. Laughed at me when I cried, cheated on me. Stole...everything.. blackmail. Emotional blackmail, I was so destroyed my heart gave out and I died, leaving my body and all and i came back very different person. The man hating affects so many of my brothers so very much. To me this means all the women who prevent there children from seeing there fathers or coercing the children to dislike the child's father , are guilty of the new crime . This is reality; when men are continually accused, nay, judged as dangerous, guilty, horrors, monsters, rapists, and worse!.... the injustice of it cuts deep to those of us who wouldn't hurt a fly, but would defend our loved ones even to the cost of our own lives. As a middle aged guy who has been victim of this insanity and left a shell of my former self... how do I continue? As my mentality becomes more unstable and depression takes hold, I see myself and a lot of my fellow brothers left with the two options of violence - because when we are pushed, that's what we are faced with - violence to kick out against the system and feel that violence is the only way to be heard ... but we don't, because the majority of us males are protectors and defenders.... so we commit violence out of despair... the violence that cuts off the pain, cuts off the false accusations, and ends the injustice to us personally - we commit the violence of suicide.... because we won't be missed, and we are no longer part of the system that continually oppresses and persecutes us - for what? because we are a male.

The war on Men in western countries started about 40 years ago. Film, tv, radio, schools. Men are constantly told they are trash or buffoons who can't complete anything or make a decent decision. We are also told, "we are not needed". It won't get any better. Personally, I have made the decision to leave Australia (and the west in general) permanently by 2029. The train wreck is going to be spectacular! And I don't plan on being around to watch it.

There are plenty of jobs and better salaries here than most part of the World! Where will you move to?

Thank you for sticking up for men. Iv'e been married to my wife for 40 yrs now, I can't imagine being with anyone else . I would be buggered without her, I love her so much. I here about women being better than men ect from feminists. I can't stand this rubbish. Ive always been of the opinion that we both have strengths and weaknesses, but when we are together we are symbiotic, we both can achieve greatness. I can't possibly be the only man who thinks this. Great video, Thanks again.

When I was studying domestic abuse as part of my degree, I was amazed to find that statistically one of the highest groups to experience domestic abuse were actually lesbian couples.
Obviously the actual number is less because there are more male-female couples in our society, but the percentage in that group was higher than male-female.

Sounds like your boyfriend's ex is suffering from a court recognised psychosis - 'Implacable hostility', aka 'parental alienation syndrome'.
There is information on line, and it helps to understand what you are dealing with. The mother actually believes her lies are protecting her children from their horrible dad. There are three levels of this psychosis, and my ex has the worst type. Good luck.
I was alerted to this by a very helpful High Court judge in an exparte hearing. Me and my lawyer checked this pyschosis on line, and everything I had been dealing with suddenly made complete sense. From there we knew what we were dealing with and court hearings started going my way.
