AAR refueling in nice weather above the clouds and simulated flameout in IMC (Instrument Meteorological Conditions) followed by landing with the TACAN, ILS and steerpoint creation as a backup.
Thank you. The high approach angle was because I did a simulated engine flameout by pulling the throttle to idle and adding some speedbrakes. The glideslope is calibrated at 3° so if you come in steep you might not receive the glideslope signal or even capture a false glideslope such as in real life. But the latter is not simulated in DCS. So I basically followed the localiser and came in high and well above the glideslope. Hope that makes sense and answers your question.
@-WW-VELCRO at 11:05 you mean? On your keyboard hold LEFT ALT and then left click anywhere on the map where you want to have precise coordinates in a scratchpad that you can display in the cockpit.
@@VELCRO666 No worries;-) I know the feeling. I play it until I get bored but then I have to catch up again after being away for months or even years. It's not exactly a standard FPS game lol

I recorded in 1920x1080. TH-cam says the video is SD and HD ready. Thanks, but I don't want to have potential. It is not my ambition to become a famous TH-camr. I would rather have a 100 people genuinely interested in my channel than a thousand internet trolls. That's why in none of my video's I ask to subscribe or like.
