Bitcoin and Ethereum both uses blockchain technology. IOTA uses the Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) technology. Both blockchain and DAG are Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT).
Your question "can I use blockchain in android?" is not very clear.
Is there a Bitcoin wallet in Android? Answer: Yes
Is there a Ethereum wallet in Android? Answer: Yes
