Sir there's a difference between Void contract and void agreement. Void agreements are always void-ab-initio but void contracts are not. Thank you. :)
Sir i have doubt if in the example of smuggling; Y and Z with contract of loan for some amount; Y want to use this money for a illegal activity. Is it this a example of collateral activity. If yes main contract is illegal and if it couldn't happen and become void. Is the collateral contract be void ?
