I am getting my exercise walking back and forth to Autozone and Harbor Freight buying lots of tools and stuff. But at least I am getting it done and I won't have to take it to the shop when the next stud breaks.
Thanks for showing how to create the space to get the new studs in there. You are a real pro.

Good video! I've seen others where they remove the parking brake shoe to get the stud into the backing plate. I like this method better because you don't have to mess with the brake shoe. Thank you for doing this video!

Good video. I used a big nut and washer to pull the stud in.
What did you torque the four studs to that hold the bearing asm to the backing plate and axle.

I loosened the 4 bolts in the back, but everything is stuck and not moving.

OH SHOOT! I left the parking brake on. Released it and the rotor went back on. Also seen a fix where you can tighten the shoes at the bottom. Someone else said that if you loosen the shoes enough, you can slip the stud in that way without loosening the back plate or taking the parking brake shoes off.
3 days into a a half hour job. Its what happens when you work on something new for the first time. But I stuck with it. I will be soooooo ready to get my car back. I want to drive down to Gresham to get some enchiladas - I suck at cooking at home.

I got a super long breaker bar half inch drive. You can step on it to get even more torque.

Why not just take the emergency or parking brake off that’s what’s obstructing you you’re tearing the whole thing apart lol
