I suggest to buy most food items and Toiletries from Canada, asyou get everything here.

travel insurance important hoti hai ... india me konsi company hai jo worldwide and covid krti hai.. moreover kitne dino ke liye chyie hoti ... i dont have proper info abut this
90% travellers don't take travel insurance 😅
Also if you get Covid-19 while travelling to Canada, Canada govt takes the expense for treatment of Covid-19 positive patients.

Is there any need to bring both international driving license and DL extract? I heard that it is necessary to bring only DL extract.. Correct me if I am wrong @Canadian Dost
International driving license can be used to drive the car before you get G2 or G license while driving License extract is used to put experience in G1 to make you elligible directly for G license.
So both are different and depends on how early you want to drive car in Canada
Can i include ..salt and sugar or it is prohibited?
It can raise suspision, but try avaoiding them.. if required just carry a few sachetss..
You get salt sugar everywhere you stay, so it should not be a problem

Not required. Idhar central heated hita haj sab, no heater requires and iron idhar bohit cheap mil jati hai, so idhar se hi le lena cuz plug and wattage ka bhi farak hoga

I have seen many people do it.
But you need to check with tax consultant here to know what are the rule in regards to freelance work
