Maybe now would be a good time to do an oil pastel showdown video? I'd love to hear which brands are your favorites and why. I'm currently practicing with my Mom's oil pastels that she used in Art class back in the 80's! It amazes me how soft and vibrant they still are. Love 'em!

Yes i definately am working on a oil pastel video but as of now i only have two brands, Mungyo gallery are amazing and my favorite of the two, the other brand is ok Arttecho which i got for the extra colors and to supplament my colors until i can save up for a larger set of the mungyo gallery ones. Id love to try more brands in the future as well !

Awesome!! My recommendation is the mungyo gallery ones they are amazing. Dont get dollar tree or pentel or crayola oil pastels

I saw some neon pastels and thought about you...anyway they are on my list, I have not ventured there yet but your coloring vibe is contagious so it's highly likely I will go there now I found some tools to use with the pastels.

You can do it! Just practice on scratch paper or on a book you dont care about !
