Great job! Sorry, but I didn't catch the part about what paint and color you used to spray the outer vent covers to match the side skirts?

I used to use the same system of paint can for touching up the finish on aircraft avionics parts when I was in the military. Surface prep is critical. There are paint pens that work the same way to provide the epoxy finish but I don’t think they work out as smooth of a finish with the brush strokes.

I have a 2016 C7 Z51. Drivers side furthest bolt near the door I can’t reach. Their are lines in the way my hand can’t fit. Any ideas. Please help.

Yes ACS Composite Kits always come with the Templates. They make it easy and the Templates are dead on!!

I don't know why they wouldn't just make an entire body panel that had the scoop molded into the panel itself so it was all one piece cuz it just looks weird as an add-on because the back of the scoop extends into the wheel arch

For the time you spent prepping the pieces the materials you had to buy I cant see how you saved money by doing it yourself.

Thanks for the comment. That is what I was saying in the video if you can have ACS do the paint for you. You are money ahead by having them do it. I had a shop quote me $ 500.00 to paint them for me so I did them myself.
