Excellent info brother !!! Rofl 😂 🤣 I've had to heavily modify my base to get him working, but the butler mode has saved me so much time in sorting !! Each container or work station has its own separate inputs too so you can have it taking almpst everything you need somewhere !
Definitely recommend using the bot if you are using linked storage for heavy resources. Unlike most storages where you can make the resources drop on the floor and then pick them all up (even beyond the weight cap) the linked storage doesn't allow you to drop resources and so you are capped to how much you can hold at a time, meaning you have to fiddle with your inventory more.
I found that putting crops, fridge, vaults on floor above the SIR-5RM8 and then give him a wide-open area under that, and deploy him. He can access the items through ceilings. No matter what I do, however -- he always seems to get stuck when it comes to distributing fertilizer to the crop plots. So I have to do that part manually.
For Silica Pearls i'd say it's better to use mod Nothosaurus if you are in single player or your own server. It tracks and harvests Silica Pearls like crazy. I have harvest yield on 2 (dont remember what is default anymore xD) and circled fertile lake twice and got almost 7k. Similar thing works with Aberrant Dire Bear when harvesting those grey sort of mushroom looking plants in red zone. I got about 6k organic polymer in just 5 minutes.
My tribe has been using the bot to farm keratin from bones in surface entrance for paste, it is light so he just keeps farming, overnight it gets close to a black box of keratin.
The cooking one legitimately not possible, as there is no way to disable the crafting of dyes by default when you or the bot puts berry's into the cooker, you will go afk with the bot using the cooker and find hundreds of red type shades of dyes and maybe 2 medical brews.

Incorrect about the crafting, Medical Brews require Tintoberrys Narcotics AND WATER... you know what red shade dyes require? TINTOBERRYS AND WATER. Bonus information thus youtuber doesn't understand, there are 9 different craftable dyes shades meaning it will use a stack of tintoberrys almost instantly onto auto craft dyes before it even has a chance to making a Medical Brew.

Then you are doing it wrong. Only have tinto and narcotic in the pot then it works properly.

Sadly, as of now it can be sniped! So watch out! Turret support is recommended.
