As respectful as I am for sock.clip’s decision, I'm equally if not even more so devastated over Whitty. I hate how easily attached I get to fictional characters. I don’t want him to go, I grew way too attached to him. I’m in tears seeing his mod go. Now whenever a video with a thumbnail of Whitty pops up, I have to click on it. I was just as broken when I found out about what caused sock to leave the fandom, and now I’m in physical pain. What is wrong with me? He’s not even real. So why does it hurt so much? I’ll still be here in the community, just know that I’ll try to find as much Whitty content as possible. At least until we get a remaster and hd remake, so that the future fnf can look at and play if they want to experience Whitty. Whitty will never die, I refuse to let it happen.
Yeah it is devastating that the mod is gone, but still you can just hope that it gets continued, but it may be far from today, I'm sure that most of us are sad, since I do understand that you really love the character same as I do, but ya know atleast this mod did happen! It's perfectly fine to get attached to fictional characters. Even when the mods for the characters are gone, the characters themselves still remain alive in the community thanks to passionate people like yourself.

The reason the date night mod exists is to basically give Whitty a happy time for his "death" since his mod is gonna be deleted if it isn't already, and on perfume, it's basically a love letter to all the mod creators with everyone walking in the background.
