As far as I’m aware this should be sprayed over a black primer to make the top coat really pop

For this paint its still ok without the black base because its not like the midnight purple 3(pearl paint and very transparent) this older midnight purple is more toward metallic and has good paint coverage😁

How are you avoiding the Mr Mark Setter from causing the cotton bud to become contaminated from the adhesive? I always seem to ruin my decals when using Setter because I get adhesive on the cotton bud as I try to get air out and then when I keep rolling it on the decal it ruins it.

Owhh you need to dip the cotton bud with water to prevent thm sticking..always use water to work on the decal..once its really settled thn u can use a dry one to dry it off😁

hi, 3 layers is the perfect number of layers, too many layers and too thick is not good too because it will cover the panel line.

Hi, for primer i use mr.hobby 1000 grey
For basecoat i use automotive paint and for the clearcoat it's just a normal automotive 2K Fast dry clear😁

i still got scratch marks after wetsanding and polishing the clearcoat , it shining but still a little bit scratch marks how to completely remove the scratch marks ? should i keep polishing it ?
