    Hope you enjoy this video. I too, have struggled with the embodiment of the woman I wanted to become when I started my healing journey, I find myself thinking so negatively and always overthinking everything. It’s still a process. I sometimes catch myself falling into old negative thinking patterns & habits, but I’ve developed ways to remind myself through this healing of who she is & why I need to keep being her. Being delusional has got me there 🥹. Feeling the fear & doing it anyway has been powerful and transformational. Wishing all the best on your healing! ❤❤

    Self-awareness is so important.🙌🏾💖 Affirmations and new experiences are a great way to break negative thinking patterns. With new experiences comes a new way of thinking, feeling and ultimately being. Wishing you are well 😁🩷🩷🩷

    This is for me! Was just researching about this and the reason is because I told myself I wasn’t gonna check on someone I love because they’re probably not feeling same way about me … only for the person to check in and I did same then they mentioned they were very sick… sigh!

      So sorry to hear this hun. You know what, at least you now know. Sometimes we need to go through to understand how we may at times self sabotage by overthinking when it might just not be what we think it is. At least now you know so you can challenge those thoughts when they creep up ❤️❤️
