Success is a triangle consisting of fulfilling dreams ,family and health . If I stayed in MAMC 2 components would have been compromised . I had chance to swap to MD Radio in MAMC ,1 seat was vacant and duty hours was also very less but I never wanted to change my stream . After leaving MAMC I thought I won't be satisfied ,but I have worked for a month in MCK and I'm too much satisfied here and living a healthy balanced life ,giving time to my family and relations

I fail to understand the role of interns in medical colleges when a JR1 is supposed to do blood sampling, catheterization and scut works. What are interns getting paid for? Just for making an appearance like a consultant? Internship is the time to learn all these works, not residency.
P.S.: I have the right to criticise interns because interns in our college have done all kinds of work including 24 hours duty and countless night duties, ICU, Covid ward duties. I, as an intern have done everything from blood sampling to central catheter insertion, inserting NG tube to stabilizing trauma patients. I'm really grateful to have done internship from one of the finest hospitals in the state.

Very late to watch this video , but I support your decision , because those who have suffered toxicity only can understand what was the situation you were in , and what would have happened if you stayed. I am seeing comments justifying medical field is like that , it shouldn't be. It can be so much better and still can function better than how its now ,
ug and pg doctors if supported well academically and emotionally and with good work life balance it can only be better for patients and doctors , but no ,
there are this bearers of such toxicity like its some valuable unique identity of our system passed down the generations
, and want to pass it down further and get gratification seeing the young budding doctors suffer and succumb , just to say , medical field is not for the weak. . .
Toxicity should end with our generation

People from hot/warm weather zones tends to be more aggressive and toxic. It is well established fact in human behaviour and psychology. It's reflected in every strata of society there. They have very little sympathy or empathy. So basically they are less human and they are proud of that, as this strategies have helped them to survive. But in the end of the day, they forget what it is to be a human and face all the consequences of forgetting that, like high rate of homicide, suicide, rape, robbery and the list goes on...

@@santoshishamad3010 I couldn't understand the relevance of Europe, India and Africa in this matter, it's my bad. But different studies have found "positive association" between aggressiveness in human behaviour and the temperature of that region. But that doesn't mean only hot/warm weather causes aggression, there may be thousands of factors affecting the aggressive behaviour like Educational Status, Economical Status, Social Status, Parental and Family Status etc. But that doesn't defy the fact that "hot/warm weather is a causality of aggressive behaviour". According to a study, with each degree rise in temperature in South Korea, the number of homicides increased year by year.
