Good video Mark, though you didn’t need to change the cap you can unscrew the top of the spark plug, all the best buddy 👍
Hi Mike. Possibly, but it did look fixed. But the New cap, is of better quality. How’s your Lovely Meteor.😊
Its fixed. It cant be unscrewed, so you do need a new cap. If you try to unscrew it you will break the plug. I did this mod a couple of weeks ago based on Marc's original video, but it spoiled the character of the bike. Pop and burble on the overrun was gone. And the bike would only do 64 mph flat out! Have since reinstalled the standard plug. Stock performance is back. Personally I have my doubts about the compatibility of this NGK pug.
@ time will tell Trev. It was like this after I did the camshaft. Then it, came too life, but it wasn’t instant.

Will give update, for sure. But bike was serviced and rode the 45 or so miles home, and has since been cleaned and stored in corner of garage, as I then purchased the MT, and sold the Rebel. The roads are still salty for now.

Nice video, good looking Meteor. I didn't see if you checked the gap on the NGK sparkplug, was it pre set? I might follow your lead on this I had seen Marc Stones video as well and although I think the difference a NGK will make is an unknown to me I have always bought that plug for my cars/bikes very reliable. Keep the videos coming very enjoyable 👍

I heard platinum is better than iridium is that correct?
Can’t answer, had iridium in my Rebel, it certainly helped, and made noticeable difference. But iridium not available for the 350 J platform.
