How are you finding the shocks? I went out for my longest ride from Edinburgh to Pitlochry and back. These Hagon -15mm definitely better. But I’m on the look out for another seat. I started with the touring seat and hurt the bottom of my back, the standard isn’t much better. I think I’ll get a custom one done. The speed limiter removal made a massive difference, not bouncing off the limiter and more confidence for over taking.

Evening Mark, another beautiful location, and the sun is still shining, although it seemed a touch on the windy side, in all the years I've toured on my motorbikes I've never been to Scotland, I've always wanted to visit Loch Ness, and the mul of Kintyre, I think I need to add it to my to-do list before time runs out, take care ........colin 😀

Mark, I've just ordered a set of Hagons too, 15mm lower. Oor Wullie was given a tip about getting a lowered Meteor onto the center stand . Carry a wee square of wood, about 6x6 inches and approx 15-20 mm thick. Run your rear wheel onto said square of wood and Bob's yir auntie... easier to get onto center stand.

Evening Mark, well the Bumble is certainly looking sleek, as I said before I love Michelin tyres, you'll notice so much smoother running and handling in the wet is so much better, now the thing I want to know is do those new shocks make the ride softa because I think the factory shocks give a far to harder ride for a cruiser, I'm with you I the black springs, its in keeping with the bike ...........colin 😀

Morning Mark, that chimney looks a good bit of kit, you can't beat cooking outdoors, if you have the weather that is 😂, you'll notice a difference with Michelin tyres on, that's all I've used for over 50 years in my opinion you can't beat them, I'm looking forward to hearing your opinion on the Hagen shocks, take care ...... I was looking for camshaft upgrade for my 350 Meteor. You barely mentioned in the beginning that it was installed and the bike needed only 50 miles for breaking in. I would like to know about cost and installation of the cam. As the 350's are over-weight and under-powered - and most reviewers only make excuses for the lack of power, saying you do not want to race anyone - and I will have to add more weight. The bike came with no tools and no storage space, so after adding the saddle bags and those solid metal brackets, to say nothing of my girlfriend on the pinon seat, I could use some more horses. Any advice? any other videos addressing the cam shaft alone?

Oh. While in hospital today and evening…..looked at my Datatool app. The guy that took it out, for test run after service, (quick bit of him on film coming back) Took bike up to 57mph, in a 40 zone…..😂

Hi Mark, always nice to have the bikes serviced, you can't beat iridium plugs and a high flow filter, as you say it makes all the difference to the performance of the engine, it sounds really nice, I really like the look of that seat, excellent job, didn't like the look of those clouds though, weather here is great, although it's supposed to turn to rain on Thursday ..........colin 😀

Hi Mark, presumably you have understanding neighbours or you just don't give a damn 😂 Interesting to hear the difference. The J Series can be made to make some glorious noises. As you know, I kind of like the muted OEM sound and don't think I will ever experiment with the exhaust on the Meteor. I think I am more likely to try and coax a better sound out of Norman my Himalayan but I'm in no rush with that, he's only just turned one year old. Should make a difference to the bumble, the stock tyres are ok’ish but they don’t really inspire a lot of confidence, the Michelin’s are a reliable tyre 👍

Afternoon Mark, an excellent choice of tyre, in my humble opinion Michelin tyres are the best, I've fitted them on all my bikes since the 1970s, my him and the meteor are on stock tyres, but when they need to be changed its Michelin, beautiful weather here, but I'm still incapacitated 😢😢, .... Colin 😊
