I really enjoyed watching you and Tori getting the garden set up. You grew some amazing vegetables the first year when you were beginners. I'll bet this year, it will be amazing. That slide must look really steep when you're Huddy's size!!

Nice home and family you got Jim, glad you are doing well my fellow Ontario brother! I've been to Magnetawan when I was younger, it's a nice place. Nice to raise your family where the air is fresh and life is less hectic then in the big city. I enjoyed seeing your whitewater paddling and gardens.
I must say, this was one of your best. The photography and the drone footage is breath taking. I really enjoy your solo adventures but these group adventures are becoming my favourites. Thank you Jim, Ted, Zander and Max. And a big Thx to Tory who Paddleslikeagirl and keeps the home fires burning.
Hey Jim you know how much I love all the bits of history you toss in your videos .. when you spoke of the First Nation People the Dene , for my 74th birthday I drove from Sudbury Ontario to BC and on my way back who shall I meet in Thunder-bay was a family of Dene .. what a great chat we had .. I would never have known who or what part of Canada they were from if you had not spoken of them .. hugs to you thank you a bunch

Heading back up there next week and can't wait to get back on out the water where I belong... your videos are so inspirational - keep up the great work Jim!
Awesome to hear man, thanks for dropping an encouraging comment too. I’m guess I t you might have guided at Plummer’s? I met Chummy and hung into with Bob there, went fishing with him too a couple years back while I was doing some work on the Production side of Alone season 7. I actually have a video up here from it. Amazing fishing to say the least s I was there past the prime time for the spot.
@@JimBairdAdventurer I have been Guiding at Frontier Fishing Lodge (since 2008) which is across from the village of Lutselk'e. I had the opportunity to meet Chummy from Plummers once. The East Arm of Great Slave Lake is a majestic place and the fishing is unlike any other place I have ever fished and it is why I continue to go back there! Glad you enjoyed it!
Haha Baird went swimming 😂 gotta love it that’s more fun than making it not flipping huh
It can be and fry picky more fun and faster than portaging too haha
I love your and your families adventures! You guys look like such a strong and loving family. The love of family and expeditions definitely comes through the screen! I have a question, what type of mount to you use for your action camera on the boat??
Hi Jim, you could have been a navy seal. Instead your a family man and adventurer, and I would say the latter is harder. I love you man!
Great comment, big thanks!
You ever look for mushrooms? Luv all your videos. They rock!
Thanks a lot and yes I do although not in a major way typically. We’ve harvested good amounts of lobster, chicken of the woods, chanterelles, oyster mushrooms and chaga from around here.
Yee haaaa!
👍👍
A certain Slaid Cleaves song comes to mind
Hope you get a booming Garden..
Fingers crossed! I’m going to continue putting in the necessary work
@@JimBairdAdventurer I hope where you all live the smoke don’t get to bad from all the fires.
