EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE SHOWS DISK 1 UNKNOWN NOT INITIALIZED NOT UNALLOCATED PROBLEM

OK GUYS, SO I HAVE CHECKED EVERY TUTORIAL AND VIDEO ALSO FORUMS ONLINE AND NO SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM TO BE FOUND, I HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME WITH THIS PLEASE, I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT AND ALSO SO OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM CAN SOLVE IT.

I haven't watched all of your video, but @ 4:28, where your disk shows no info in Disk Management, can you right click there and have any information come up? If so, there should be an option to 'initialize' it. But honestly, every USB drive I have, it's just been 'plug and play'. Plug it in and it works, just like an SSD stick. Is yours SSD? If it isn't showing up, it may quite simply be that your 'new' drive is faulty. A lot of time has passed so it may be outside of the warranty, but if not, you should be able to just go back to the store your bought it at, with the receipt and ask to exchange it as this drive has never worked.

I saw a video today where the guy opens the HD and cleans the SATA connectors.
