Great list, though I'd definitely add these guys to the list:
Matthias Sindelar: was doing step-overs and more back in 1920s. Incredible!
Meazza: one of the most complete players ever, arguably just as good as Pelé in terms of overall.
Leonidas da Silva: contemporary of Meazza, the Pelé before Pelé himself.
Omar Sivori: a very Maradona like dribbler. Sivori and Garrincha were the 2 best South American dribblers of the late 50s and early 60s.
Beckenbauer: arguably the best dribbler cum defender ever. very elegant.
Okocha: the idol of Ronaldinho, one of the most revolutionary dribblers ever.
Also, why is Stanley Matthews in the honorable mentions? he's arguably the greatest dribbler of all time. he was the Garrincha 10-15 yrs before Garrincha even existed.
