Glad to hear that! It takes about 45 minutes or less depending how fidgety he is being. But if he is focused it takes about 35 minutes to run through most of it. I dont do some things they ask, for example the show & tell, the book of crafts and the calendar we only do a few times a week.
Hi! I previously watched your initial flip through of this and heard you mentioned you have used the R&S preschool workbooks in the past. Which do you prefer the MP or R&S? I had kind of already set my mind on the R&S books. Just wondering if those could be used instead of the MP ones (in addition to the few that it includes). Thank you!
@@ambergarrett3301 I cant really compare the two because they are very different. MP is more academically sound and thorough. R&S is something I would use for a 3 year old or young 4 year old. If you want a curriculum to really hone in letter sounds then MP is the correct one. R&S is good for handwriting, letter and number recognition. MP is better to prepare them for kindergarten. I used R&S when my second oldest was 3-4 years old
You want to know what is funny, we are doing MP kindergarten and I was wondering about JK for my younger. You have me sold on grabbing some of the JK for my little. I should do a kindergarten review for you so you can see the in’s and out’s of the next level.
@@SaraT-oy6op I would love to see that! I so want to try their kindergarten program but I dont know if my son would be ready for it. How has it been for your son? How old was he when he started?
@@SaraT-oy6op I am also not sure about their kindergarten because I feel like it may be too much and I rather keep kindergarten as easy as possible, like reading, writing and arithmetic. Whats your input on their program? Would love to watch a review from you!
Thank you for this!! I’m a new homeschool mom and I got this curriculum for my daughter to start in September.
Thank you for the review we plan to start at the end of July. I’m curious how long does it take to complete a lesson per day? ❤
