Windows will boot regardless of macOS EFI being present or not . If you’re using opencore to boot windows then make sure your MacOS drive is set to 1st in boot order , if not then use your BIOS quick boot option to choose the drive you want to boot from.
Preferably cabled connection. But ir you got compatible WIFI then it will work too. You just need to have a kexts for your Ethernet and Wi-Fi in OC/Kexts folder . Having said that USB WI-FI won’t work during install .

The internet must be conected with cable? Or how can I connect wi fi during the install?
