Ive stayed at friends houses near schools the sounds of kids yelling and screaming non stop all day is completely fucked. I cannot function without complete silence, day and night. Id never want to live nead a school or a park. Being woken by screaming kids is hell itself.

Most skateparks like that are only open certain hours during the day. If the park is fenced in (as is this one), the city will usually have someone come lock it up at night and open it in the morning. There don't appear to be any lights so night use is ruled out. Small skateparks like that aren't used every day, either. I doubt there is much noise coming from the park. Robert is just a mean old man who doesn't like to see kids having fun on their skateboards.
