My experienced in immigration dated February 26, 2019 going to Hong Kong. What are the things and documents I presented why I got approval to travel?
Process in the Airport:
1. Go to entrance airport screener to check your luggage (hand carry and check-in luggage)
2. Check-in in your designated airline to get your boarding pass.
3. Pay Travel Tax (you can pay before or after your check-in time .
4. Immigration ( Fill-up Departure Card before getting into Immigration Lane for Philippine Passport Holder).
5.Final Screening (checking your hand carry)
6. Departure to your designated gate.
Immigration Requirements asked by the officer:
1. Passport
2. Round-trip Ticket
3. Hotel Booking
4.Travel Itinerary
5. Pictures Together of your Fiancè/ Boyfriend ( needed if you reason out that you will be travelling with your fiancè/ boyfriend, they need to see if you and ur love one is genuinely couple)
6. Cash/ Debit-Credit Card
Reminders How to avoid Offload Moment:
1. Be confident and Honest
2. Be prepared
3. Be ready for possible documents to be ask
4. Always Pray ( Only God knows everything )

It's really incredible how the Philippine Immigration has been trying very hard to prevent citizens of their own country from traveling overseas. In other countries, they don't even have immigration officers when citizens of their own countries can use the automated Smart e-Gates to depart and re-enter their countries. In other words, no human contact is necessary to leave and re-enter their own country of citizenship as long as their passports are valid.
Bureau of Immigration is strict because of Human Trafficking.
Poor countries tend to overstay in other countries, become victims of human traffickers. So yeah I don't blame the immigration.

One of the best videos about Phil Immigration and traveling for the first time. Very good job kay vlogger who did his research and came to the airport prepared. Yung iba kasi jan na na-offload, kung maka reklamo about sa immigration, parang aping api when in fact well-being nyo lang naman ang iniisip nila. Just like the vlogger, mag research kasi para handa.
I super love this vlog. ❤ Aside sa sobrang detailed ng video, napaka inspiring din. I can see the sincerity na gusto mo talagang makatulong sa mga unemployed travelers in their immigration experience. Nakakatuwa din na 101 % prepared ka and you even showed them your bongacious scrap book! 😍 The reason why I watched this is I'll be traveling this November and unemployed din ako and supported lang na meet ko online ang travel fees ko. I was unemployed too when I first went outside the country. I was travelling with my Aussie boyfriend. When I got held in the Immigration office for the secondary questioning, they let me fill up the form too. It included how much money I had with me. I didnt bring a lot of cash since its all in my debit card. But they didnt check the money. Or remittances or bank statements. They only asked about my boyfriend and I showed them pictures of us in my phone. Since he was travelling with me that time, they let him sign like a waiver form that states he's responsible for me while we're in Singapore. It was just quick and they didnt ask anything more. I thought they would check the return tickets and itenerary, which I have, also the hotel bookings, but they didn't. Maybe I just got lucky that the officer wasn't very strict. Also, I think it helps that he's traveling with me and not just meeting outside the country. We were only together for 8 months back then but he has been to the Philippines 4 times just to visit me, which I also told the officer. It also helps that he's already met my parents which I also showed in the pictures. I think in my case, they want to make sure that I am not going with a stranger, to avoid human trafficking like you mentioned.
Sa filipino passport holder din ba pumila ang foreign bf mo maam? Or dun sya sa foreigners? May napanuod din kasi ako naapprove sya sa immigration tapos ung foreign bf nya is nakasunod sa kanya sa pila dun sa ph passport holder ng immigration.
Congrats sa nyo, ako nagtill ng immigration officer when I brought my cousin to dubai. I answered with all honesty the simple question at hinahanap sa akin na comply ko. I wish you all the best. 1st time experience ko nakita ung corner not with me but my cousin first time traveler but I backed up. By showing a screenshot of my birth certificate to establish our being cousins. And answered questions. Looked for death certificate of our fathers which I said that’s a sad document. I simply answered I want to show dubai to my cousin because we like to enjoy life. Ayun naisama ko sya enjoying the place.

The way Philippine immigration officers offload outgoing Filipino citizens is a blatant violation of the Philippine constitution's liberty to abode. If ever that happens to me, I will make sure that immigration officer will be held liable, imprisoned if possible. These immigration officers don't know better than the consular officers and consulate generals who approved the visa of the passengers and it is up to the immigration officers of their destination countries if they will grant entry or not to the passengers, leave it to them, let the immigration officers of the destination countries to do their jobs damn it.

(Opo) ilang beses na? (3 times na po) pinuntahan ka dito sa pilipinas? (Yes po,) taga saan sya, ( U.S) then tinanung kung magkikita ba kmi dun at papunta na din sya.. (sabi ko nkabased saya ng Thailand at susunduin ako sa airport at andun na sya naghihintay..) tapos sabi may picture ka ba ng passport nya at visa nya? (Sabi ko wala pero kachat ko sya ngayon, ipapasend ko po.. sinend ng bf ko at pinakita ko sa ng.iinterview.) habang hawak nya phone ko at sinozoom ung picture ng visa, sabi nya do you have pictures together..? Lalo ako kinabahan kasi wala akong dala na nakaprint... (Sabi ko wala akong dala, pwede ba ung mga nasa phone na lang?) Sabi nya oo pwde. At natuwa na syang magscroll sa phone ko... 😂😂😂 Okay na...

Relate much ako hehe but sometimes immigration sa atin sa pinas oa na.. Nahold din ako april 7 going to bangkok.. Ang tindi ng mga question but ive been to bangkok 4times.. Wala din kasi ako work.. Haha

Na experience ko narin ma-offload sa first time kong umalis ng Pinas, dahil lang sa birth certificate ng pamangkin na nagsponsor sa akin s Dubai dahil sa ganid ng immigration officers. Binigyan pa ako ng mga checklist na dapat mai produce at yun naman ang ginawa ko, nairebook
naman yun ticket ko, sa second attempt ko na umalis, sinubukan kong wag munang ipakita ang mga documents na ipinaproduce na syang hinihingi sa akin at natatakan naman ang passport ko na walang tanung-tanong kagaya ng ginawa ng unang immigration officers na na-encounter ko.

2 times ako na offload mg kasunod na taon 2018/2019 tang inang immigration na officers sa terminal 3 na yan dapat tanggalin na yan porket unemployed ka dito wala kana bang karapatan mg Tourist

Based on my experience just print your round trip ticket , hotel booking , itinerary, maybe bank statements cause I had mine on my phone , tas properties and ties ng parents mo if possible . Then passport , boarding pass etc . Just be confident when you face the immigration officer . Smile and dont expect them to smile back at you kasi maldita sila besh mga hypocrite 😬😂 then answer direct to the point the questions they asked on you . Goodluck ! Laban lang 😊

Ke employed ka o hindi, as long as first time mong magtatravel outside the Philippines, ihohold ka muna ng immigration until you are able to justify that you are going outside the Philippines for the first time to travel on holiday or what not. It happened to me in 2015 when I first went to Hong Kong.
