My last flight was 5 days before, not 45 min like Simon, but more struggle than one month

Why not make a series of it, start in your home town and see how may trips to random locations it takes before you return?

Been 3 times to Ireland. Always missed the flights back home to Amsterdam. People + Pubs are so good and friendly. So ended up with few days extra. Irish are great! Thank you

Try going to the airport and going to the desk and asking for a ticket for the next flight that's leaving that you can make and see where you end up :)
