Jon, Had you made an avocado/mango salsa or a white cabbage slaw instead of just adding the Avocado to the fish tacos you would have taken the "W"! Either way great job guys. It's definitely making making me hungry!
I love this series - Iron Chef Googan Squad! I want to see Spencer vs LFG, they both have great cooking skills from past vids, but I think Rackley will have the upper edge with all the training he's had from OSG. That being said, I think they should do a Walleye or Crappie cook off.
Love the camaraderie amongst all the Googans but particularly the friendship between Jon and Peric! Love the theme of catch and cook judging. Peric still needs to learn to be a good winner. Smoked it Boiis!!!!
