it’s definitely what convinced me :)
Pretty good video, but id definitely say his s1 has priority over his s2, its his best skill to lanehold cause it takes work of your healer for him since he heals himself, and that -1 sp at M3 is a big difference for a slow attacking unit like him. Also as you said his s2 earns only 12% atk from SL7 to M3 (that 3sp down does absolutely nothing). So yeah otherwise good video. Oh fun fact, Hoe with his s1m3 can solo Black Snake Talulah without a healer 🙃.
Hoederer S2+Reed the Flame Shadow S2 can easily kill The Lost Zhayedan.SL7 is enough.
Means I just M3 them all at this rate. :o

If he gets modules, i hope those will get these effects:
1st Module (Lvl 3):
- HP+ 500, ATK+ 100
- _If the target is stunned or bound, ATK further increases to 180%_
2nd Module (Lvl 3):
- HP+ 2000
- _Provides a 35% (+3%) Sanctuary effect to self and the allied unit directly behind this unit, gain generation +4% max HP every second after being attacked (4s cooldown)._

Hopefully he got ASPD module someday such as, increasing ASPD while blocking 20 point and stage 3 should improve sanctuary over 30%.
I think having a higher heal efficiency the lower crusher hp is is more useful than ASPD make them easier to heal when u don't have warfarin
I want a tenacity+healing effectiveness module....
36 seconds early gang! I got him after burning my stock of 10-pulls and a few orignium pulls. Immediately M3'd S3 and he's actually incredibly fun, especially with Ines!

Crusher modules should have added unconditional sanctuary talents and for Hoederer, of course raise that sanctuary from 18/21% to some around 30/33%
or their AoE damage becomes true AoE (attack all targets in range instead of blocked enemies)
Or better yet, the module will give the subclass shelter on top of his sanctuary talent !!
Well, what do i know, HG could be as cruel as raising his damage reduction by only 8%... AND ONLY FOR THE ALLY BEHIND HIM, lmao.
@@vanzeralltheway8638 yeah, I was expecting HG will fumble the crusher module. HG always keep holding back buffing subclasses that have too much problems, even AoE casters are still pretty useless aside from first 3 floor IS4 gameplay.
@@johanesbpermadi2016 Honestly, horderer 1st talent is pretty good and his 2nd talent is great to be enhanced with modules.
This is on top of the possibility of a new or good trait upgrade so despite HG's tendency with modules, hoederer's module will only make him better than he is now !!
(on an unrelated note, there was a speculation of Ulpian being a possible 6star crusher guard some times ago. Which if he is, the entire abyssal buff will make him totally broken as a laneholder, lol !!)
My idea for crusher module is to give them a chance to perform explosive aoe attack
@@vanzeralltheway8638 oh if ulpian is released, whatever class he's in, he's gonna benefit a lot from abyssal squad buff, and as far as I know abyssal hunter squad is already the most cracked squad in the game.
you're great boi and I've always try to get 6* tied to main story (w, ros, horn, ines) but nah im not gonna repeat dumb shit like 150 for exec and 200 for pozy when barrage of amazing 6* is after you

for a module i would love to see something like scaling damage depending on how low their health is, turning the problem most people have with crushers into something that could be beneficial for them, and encouraging using hoederer s3 at low health to just toe the line between life and death for that extra damage

Frostbyte, if you want a module for crusher, a unique one I can suggest is that units attacked by crushers are disarmed for 3 secs. I know its just a random idea.....but it works for all rarity.
Hoping that the module has an aak or gavial effect, which will increase healing, he receives to make it easier to keep hp above a certain point
Module ideas for Crusher archetype: physical and arts dodge, or some more damage mitigation

Y Module would Apply Sanctuary Effect after a certain HP Threshold
If Crusher guard get a module i think what they need is to abuse either their big Hp or atk, for example getting a barrier upon deployed up to their n% Hp or increase atk up to n% enemy Def or RES,
Even with this i don't know if it enough to fix the 4* or 5*.
A module with a hp recovery per second will be nice for him...
Idea for Crusher Module?
• When block an enemy get reduced dmg taken by 10%
• Self heal 20% from normal atk damage
• More likely to be targeted
Honestly, I do think comparing Crushers to Centurions is pretty dumb; one specialises in dealing with trash mods, and the other is extra vulnerable to them.
Well Crusher are good agaisnt high defence enemy and slow ASPD enemy

No, only the elite can be crush
It's only S2 being compared to Centurions. And it's a valid comparison. The guaranteed stun on his 3-block hit-all relieves the damage he takes from fast-hitting trash. His high attack and stun-related talent should mean he 1 shots or 2 shots trash.
Every Centurion except Specter still needs some form of healing.
Hoederer S2 playstyle is the same as a Centurion.
Self-healing modules would be perfect for the crusher archetype
I somehow get hooked on crusher class when doing chapter 10, but never really do build one of them. I want to upgrade guarts first.
I got him just because I needed to complete the team. He definitely feels weak, but that's probably skewed by how ridiculous Chapter 13 is.
30 pull but got mountain instead. Still a win for me. Might not continue pulling to save resources for next limited but i want him so bad tho.
I think a module that gives Atk based on how much damage theyve taken since being deployed would be cool. A true bruiser, super high HP and Atk with no defense BUT if you can keep them standing theyll convert damage taken into even more damage dealt.
I got him yesterday and what i can say the most annoying problem of Hoerderer is the need of proper set up to make him shine. I think module which improve his survivability like short immortality or shield will be good for him.
30 pulls, dupe Surtr on the first 10. Quite lucky, the intention is to try luck with one 6 star and save the rest (50 pulls at most), but as I got one so early... went to the second 6 star and bingo.
i belived a perfect module would be Healing effectiveness/more asap/absorve a percentage of damage taken as life (somehow + sanctuary whitout interfiering whit is talent)/faster SP recover

I just try 1 yellow pull and i got hoderer but i just gonna leave him since i have alreday have many strong operators and plus idk if her skills will able to benefit me or not

This archetype's only drawback is that they can't take hits, giving them passive sanctuary with module can make them very much broken
so glad I only burned 1 10pull for him, gotta save for Candlewife
idk about balancing crusher mods so here's 2 I came up with on the spot
CRU X - Attacks hit twice
CRU Y - Attacks ignore (x-amount) defence [edited it from attacks deal x% true damage cause that might be op]
I think that just going all in on the offensive capabilities would be better than going back on their fantasy of big guard with big stat. Cause if crushers need additional defence capabilities then why bother with them at all when there's centurions that have that in mind already?

Because these vids are for the lowest common denomination of players. And the lowest common denomination of players... aren't of the capacity to use Stainless properly.

Regarding your thumbnail, it's ridiculous to consider a subclass "redeemed" when an obviously over-tuned 6* gets released. The same thing applied to Mountain.
The main thing holding them back was how vulnerable 0Def and 0Res left them. And of course out comes Hoederer who not only has built in SANCTUARY, but also self heals with his third skill by PERCENTAGE
Built is sanctuary is pretty meh, I'd prefer built in stun% or attacks all enemies, and leave sanctuary to the Abjurers, that said 18% Sanctuary becomes 240 def vs 1500 attack, so even against big numbers it's as negligible as any other non-dedicated defender.
That said % based healing or a Tenacity effect should be core to the Crusher Archetype.
Hey at least Hoederer still works like how Crusher should unlike Mountain who completly change his archetype.
No, there's a clear difference between Mountain's case and his, Mountain "fixed" the brawler archetype by having a skill that's make him stop being a brawler, he doesn't have the very fast attack speed, 1block and low attack that define the brawler archetype anymore.
Hoerderer on the other hand still retain all the defining trait of his archetype they didn't say "oh look, he gets +1block and 500def on skill so you can use him as a centurion", if you try to use him against huge waves of low atk, fast attacking enemies, AKA like a centurion, he still gonna get destroyed, they didn't overtuned him to compensate your skill issues.
@@kevinseraphin5456 S2 gives him permanent 3 block, he attacks all 3, and he has added survivability through the stun -- making sure healer can keep up.
That's a Centurion.
If anything, Mountain is less Centurion. All the Centurions have some survivability options (inline with Hoe S2), but only Specter does the self-healing thing like Mountain.
@@niallk9336 Hoerdered S2 actualy gives him LESS survavibility, the stun only compensate for the +1 block and increase of his already long attack interval if you can stunlock the target, wich represent a very limited pool of enemies, otherwise he will overall take more damage if he block an aditional enemy.
Mountain does EXACTLY what a centurion do, minus the 1block, he's meant to deal with large group of trashmobs and struggle with high defense enemy just like a centurion, wich is the total oposite of what crushers do, so yes, mountain is more of a centurion than Hoerderer.

i saw a video by bloopak that really stopped to look at the crushers and all and turns out most people got the wrong idea on how they are meant to be used and what their best use is. they arent mob crushers like everyone thinks, they are defense crushers and their EHP is not much different then a defender against high damage enemies. if the enemy can two shot any op then its better to get as much damage in with a crusher then little scratches using a defender.
Still can't believe i spent 60 rolls on this banner and even built this man to E2 instantly after got him.
I guess Warfarin is the medic he needs the most.

long answer: probably, but i probably won't get him my luck is awful and i'll have to save for the front that was
so....I got hoederer. not sure why you want masteries on s2, s2 is stun lock and that doesnt change with m3, all that changes is the SP cost drops from 8 to 5 for a toggle skill, and you get 12% attack. unless theres some toggle tech that fixes his ASPD issue I don't know about. or you really like his voicelines.
I would give him a module with Healing received + 50% (which would work with his life gain skills, and also if you add a medic to him)
i do feel you undervalue s1 as well. gives him a similiar use case to mountain but not for as high pressure lanes. but if you got a lane with mages and armored dudes, s1 would be good.

I honestly think that Crushers should have a base % probability to stun enemies, because for now, every Crusher can stun. Like a 40% base chance to stun, and then their skill can upgrade this chance. Also, should do damage to enemies in range, not to =Block like centurion.
For a module for the Crushers:
MOD X: X% Sanctuary
MOD Y: Increase ATK SPD for 10 second after being Hit
MOD DELTA (Hoerderer): Gain % ATK and % DEF Stack Buff (max 10 stack) every time this unit kill an enemy

Hoederer is perfect for fighting elites and endgame enemies. I find that he isnt suitable for trashmob but really good at killing elites.

Crushers is NOT centurions, its more like dreadnoughts. Can beat elite and bosses, but dont want fight with horde. Or tanking arts/def-lessing - Quartz can tank Clip from Jessica ivent.
