I had to return these, because the controls are so easy to press that every time I tried to adjust them in my ear, I’d accidentally pause the music, or some other commands. I wished there was an option to lock the controls, or just disable them completely, since I never use controls on earbuds.

Difficult to say about the price difference. It seems all high-quality headphones are peaking at the $/£150+ mark and more. Getting the 1000xm4 at a discount would probably be a better buy than full retail.
This might be a weird question but I was so torn between the WF C500 and Galaxy Buds Pro, but then finally decided to go for the Buds Pro. Do you think I made the right decision? I was so torn between better sound quality and features. I know that the Sonys have a customizable EQ in the Headphones app and I know how great they can sound because I own a WH 1000XM2. But you can't just ignore the features that the Buds Pro have. From where I am currently at, there's a $50 difference in price between the 2 the Buds Pro being the more expensive one, and I own a Samsung phone as well.
Hmm..tough one. I know someone who has the Galaxy Buds Pro and they are very pleased with it. I think if you have a Samsung phone and the Samsung buds, they probably pair better with each other. Also, I've heard the Galaxy buds are more comfortable. But everyone will have a different experience. Anyway, thanks for checking out the vid.
@@ChuenL Awesome video by the way! I went with the Buds Pro and I know I'm not one to say but the sound quality is very comparable to WH1000XM2 in Bright settings in the equalizer. Overall, really loving my new buds. If you can review it , please make a video about it :D
Yeah, it should work. I demonstrated that I paired it with my iPhone and MacBook. Once connected to one device, you have to "disconnect" before trying to connect to the other.

i heard the hiss and it was so annoying that i had to return them. i really didn't expect a sony product to have such problems
