I've known how to do this for years but my memory is short...and then next time I need to do it, I've already forgotten, so I always need to find a tutorial. Thanks for creating this tutorial...it's a good one.

I have been watching so many videos for the last 2 days and while there are missing elements or instructions, I like the way you have presented this, more than the most well known tutorials. :-)

I think you need to recall from the button the url of the category you want, not duplicate everytime a page....

Sorry but if you have to duplicate a page whats the difference between do this on an archive page and a normal page ? Shouldn't be the archive page dynamically populated ?

    Hi,
Loving your tutorials. Am very new to the world of wordpress and elementor. I am loving the sites you use for your demo lessons. I have some questions though
    1. Can you make a fuller tutorial showing how you built up the websites from scratch using wordpress and elementor showing archive pages, single blog posts etc.
    2. If that's not possible from your end, can you export the skeleton of the site so I can use in my learning efforts.
I have admired sites built like this for a very long time. Just haven't seen a full tutorial or site build I can work with.
Keep up the awesome work. U have a subscriber here!

How did you create the list of categories that choose the posts displayed below? is it a tab/accordion?

    • @SupernovaSites
      @SupernovaSites  3 ปีที่แล้ว

They are links that go to that page rather than a filter. For Elementor, most of them are paid for for blog category filters like that. But you could try this free plugin: wordpress.org/plugins/list-category-posts/

Just made a new video about to answer a lot of similar questions about the blog filter: th-cam.com/video/N51DsVmkz5A/w-d-xo.html

    I works perfect!
    One remark:
You said the original Blog page will have appearance (Instance) as: "All Archives". What about the Duplicated Blog page appearance?
    I managed to fix it:
Duplicated Theme builder should have the appearance (Instance) as : CATEGORIES+Name of the new Category.
Unlike the first original Blog - that is under appearance (Instance) as: "All Archives"
Thanks so much for your helpful video!

The Blog Post widget is a part of the Pro version of Elementor, not the free one unfortunately.
