Love this. As a Cannock born man returning to Aberystwyth. My Dad passed last week in New Cross. Dad invited me to the Molineux, with my Sponsor, to watch Wolves vs Portsmouth. The tune was the same as my phone ring tone. As the players come out they 'Black Country' by BCC. The Rock Scene has been blessed with such talent. Thank you guys for your light hearted chat. Dad & I went to the Civic to see Gary Moore. His Adagio rings in my ears. Good Ol Dad. Bless you Glenn. STU Wolves Aye We....

Doctor Eddie Ganja here at a very young age I got into Rock n Roll music the 2 bands that blew me away were Deep Purple and Black Sabbath Glenn has worked with Deep Purple and Tony Iommi I remember the first album I ever bought was Made in Japan then I heard Gillan and Glover out Hughes and Coverdale in I used to watch ABCs In Concert after in February of 1974 I bought The Burn album I was totally blown away from the Title track and to me every song on Burn Rocks saw the The 1974 California Jam Deep Purple and Sabbath were the best performances at Cal Jam I also bought Hughes and Thrall album Love Black Country Communion Burning Japan Live Bottom line Deep Purple and Black Sabbath to me are the real bands from my time of getting into metal and Heavy Rock all people who have been in Deep Purple are top notch Musicians Glenn Hughes has a great voice I'm going to Hughes and Malmsteen Concert in Columbus Ohio Friday Night

Would’ve loved to hear him reunite with Tony Ionmi, Geezer Butler and Eric Singer for another kick at the Seventh Star era Sabbath.
