Hi, can you help me why does the last sentence in each page jump to another page and thus the one inch bottom margin doesnt look like one inch? This is for my thesis and i hope someone would help me this problem. This has always been a major comment of my professor and i cant figure it how to fix it.Thanks for the response.

I assume you're working in Word. If the margin is set at 1" then it's probably just that doing its thing. Even if it looks more to you, it might not be. Do you have page numbers? That sometimes will make it look like more than 1" as well. Also, check your paragraph marks-maybe you have a page break or something in there. Use Ctrl (CMD) + Shift + 8 to show marks. Hope that helps.
