    The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.

    In Arizona, we are seeing multiple offers on homes. It is still very competitive here. It's not easy, but there are not crickets

    Hey Loida! I love how well put you videos are. I’m 24 years old in Ventura county, currently taking online courses for my license, but was curious on what approach would you recommend to find a mentor.

    Hello! Thanks for your great content. My question, Is it a good idea to work part time both as realtor and mortgage loan originator simultaneously to make your ends meet? Or may be as home inspector and real estate agent at the same time?

    • @LoidaVelasquez
      @LoidaVelasquez  ปีที่แล้ว

      I recommend you pick one and go hard with it. Be very disciplined with your schedule, stick to it. If you prospect like your life depends on it, you will make things happen, get deals and build momentum.

    Hi loida, i have a question.
    Im currently studying to get my real estate license, but i work full time (typical 8-5) Civil engineering Project designer.
    Would it be a good idea to work real estate as a side hustle and use the engieering portion to an advantage?

    • @meryybeth
      @meryybeth ปีที่แล้ว

    Great video. You talk a lot about door knocking. How many doors you need to hit on average realisticly to get 1 listing. I know its much harder than selling candy hehe

    • @OfficialFLINGmusic
      @OfficialFLINGmusic ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I know on average it takes 180 contacts to sell a house. It depends on how fast you can door knock and make those interactions, but if it's 13 every 90 minutes, roughly 21 hours to acquire 180 contacts. All of these variables will sway based on your personal situation and skillset, but that's the best formula I've found!
