"Again the booster adds a lot of great stuff..." The "great stuff" is not added by the boost itself, but the tubes of the pre-amp that become saturated. Therefore, the changes in the tonality when you engage the boost totally depend on your guitar amp and not the booster itself. And what a great amp you have there my friend...
Cool multi effects pedal. Most multi effects have amp modulation as well. I like my amp and just want efx... might have to look into this... my gnx is awesome but complicated lol
This sounds good, but the specs list A/D and D/A conversion. That means it's a digital pedal, and the "Simulation of Analog Circuit" doesn't mean it's an analog circuit doing the emulation. This doesn't bother me; I'm a fan of many digital modelers. Just noting for clarity...
I use it through a monitor speaker.8" Yamaha wedge and sounds fantastic...So you can use this without a guitar cab. Just take your guitar and pedals to a gig...
Peter Fernance, shouldn't that be spelt Nuxe then? 'Nut' is not pronounced 'Newt'. I'm thinking that it's not a bad pedal for the money regardless of being a Nux, Newx, Nut, Newt or New Cross (an area near me)..
I have this from 2015 until now. Never plan to sell or trade it. SUch amazing pedal. Will continue to use it until wears off.
It also has a built in noise gate, and a few other tricks. A surprisingly good pedal indeed. :)

What does it boost? The gain or the volume?
Hi! Great video!
One question: the boost switch works without the drive switch on? A clean boost?
Thanks!
A bit late, but no. It doesn't.

Jesse Greenawalt agreed, i feel the sound is more digital too
Is that a line 6 m5 copy?
Hey! Is it possible if you guys make a demo about Nux time force?
sam Deuda If the pedal lasts it sounds a D functions great.
How would this sound going into a solid state amp? Like a roland JC-120 ?

Overdrive and Distortion pedals may sound a bit different through tube amps but the good thing is they also sound great through solid state amps too.
2.04 Bring It On Home - Led Zeppelin
for the insanely small amount of money theyre asking for that thing, it aint half bad!
Could you get a good Fulldrive 2 sound out of this?
That big muff sound has sold it for me
LOL your metal playing made me laugh.

The metal sounds like a bee in a tin!
Metal sounds like a bee in a tin to me too. Admittedly a big bee lol..
BTW ... It's pronounced New X not Nux

I swear man, you gota stop using that fking reverb all the time eh.
sounds like its would be good if you just want to play 70's fuzz shit
Es horrible!
Hahah.. NUX pedals are spacejunk. Lots of musos use this gear, in their bedroom!
Bully is junk skill that used by junk man in social media.
