In this video I'm going to show you step by step my technique for finding and creating a list of keywords that I've used to rank my books at number one on Amazon and make sales. This method can be used whether you're publishing no content, low content, fiction or non fiction books and even if you're a publishing house or independent publisher author.

Step by step 10 things You should focus on 100% arranged/
*1 niche research (always niche down or cross niche
*2 keyword research with (low compition and high demand)
* 3 your Cover design fonts colors and cover size
* 4 interior
* 5 description
* 6 pricing
* 7 if all the steps are done think about ads
* 8 scaling ( if of your Books are selling well mke sure to make other's books similar to The selling one
* 9 big scaling by creating Books in other markets
* 10 invest some money to scale your business 🙂

Just wanted to thank you, I am learning. Uploading was trouble but I did it, then I had lots of typos so I redid it. Now it's up and I like it but I will upload again cause I saw more typos. Canva is Ok, I like it for the journals and low content, not sure it was the best choice for my book but I did it and am happy! Your videos have really helped!

Awesome video. I didn't realize how badly I had chosen my keywords until I used your metric. No wonder I had so little traffic! I actually tried a variation of your method: 1000 / Total number of search results x Number of 1st page BSR
Yes you ignore non books. You are looking to see if books in your niche are making a sale to see if there’s a market for the book you’re going to create.

Paul, your content is always precious and teaching a lot of inestimable tips and tricks. I need a hint on the usage of Kindle Spy extension. It can be used both for kindle and paperbacks (also Audible) and seems to me it can be a kind of summary of the extension you're using in this video. Am I right or I'm missing something?
I don’t actually use that plugin so I can’t really give any tips on using it.
Listening again..very helpful. Sadly, Publisher Rocket is now $97 for a one time fee. Too much for beginners. I am in my 6th month of a 6 month experiment but going to push on for another couple of month
Thank you for this info. My kids and I have published a book with more on the way and every little bit of information helps. I’ve tried giving free books away in a drawing to hopefully get reviews and raise our ranking. I’ve had trouble getting people to actually follow through despite my efforts and own expense of printing and shipping. Does Amazon filter out reviews? Some have said they’ve submitted one but my number of reviews aren’t changing.
I think they may filter reviews if they don’t think they are obtained naturally. I know Amazon has been trying to clamp down on them.
Hi Paolo I have been following you for a couple of days and I found your video for keyword research interesting. I wanted to ask you if you made specific videos for paper research classic diets trading etc etc nofiction.
You can do the research on paper just using the same columns I did on the spreadsheet.
I watch your videos many times because I always learn something new. I have just published a non-fiction book which is doing very well. I can see, however, that certain key words I am using have too much competition so I think I can go in and change them. Is this right, Paul?

I have a question: I place a lot of care in choosing keywords for my paperbacks. Why, once they are approved, they are shown in categories completely unrelated or not even close to the chosen keywords I have picked???? some of those categories do not even make one ounce of sense to me.
KDP sometimes choose them. I can't explain their rationale.

When in the video you say that (8:47), in addition to the keywords that we find with the AMZ Suggestion extension, we must combine them with the Publisher Rocket searches and then choose between the ones that have the most searches per month and the least competition, those two values where they are taken from ? would it be the second and third column of the excel? thank you

Quick question...is it possible to make a QR code inside your book that links to amazon to leave a review for your book? I'm struggling to figure out how to do this as it seems like you need to publish the book first in order to have a place to review, but then you obviously can't go back and change the content after it's published. Is this possible?
