    10 Pearls of this lecture
    1. Absence of tremor suggests atypical Parkinsonism
    2. Patients with Parkinsonism who do not improve with levodopa are unlikely to have IPD
    3. Parkinsonism with oculomotor dysfunction, postural instability, akinesia and cognitive decline suggest PSP
    4. Radiological features of PSP are highly specific.
    5. MSA is typically characterised by Parkinsonism, autonomic dysfunction, and a combination of cerebellar and pyramidal signs
    6. The classical CBD phenotype consists of asymmetric Parkinsonism, cortical signs and possibly other signs such as dystonia and myoclonus, it is referred to as Corticobasal syndrome (CBS).
    7. "Atypical" atypical Parkinsonism are new genetic conditions presenting with features of progressive supranuclear palsy, corticobasal degeneration, or multiple system atrophy
    8. Diagnostic delays are common in atypical Parkinsonian syndromes in the absence of specific biomarkers.
    9. Mental illness are common amongst patients with atypical Parkinsonism

He doesn't care about patients. All he wants is money and greed for money. Never be on time. He is at least 2 hours late to the hospital.
