Malta 2023 | 2 - Marsaxlokk Sunday Market

In this video we spent a morning looking around the Marsaxlokk Sunday market.
Marsaxlokk is a fishing village in the South of Malta. It's Sunday market is one of the largest on the island. Being a fishing village, there were plenty of stalls selling fresh fish.
Nikky and I previously visited Marsaxlokk on our first trip together some 18 years ago. On that occasion it was midweek and the market was nowhere as big and busy as it way on a Sunday.
It was great to be in amongst the locals and feel you were experiencing a typical part of local everyday life. Definitely something we would reccomend to any vistor to Malta.
