- In today's video, Jaxon, Jason; my little brother and I go ripping on a 1999 Yamaha BearTracker 230! We jump it, we go mudding with it, we drift it, we do some awesome fly-by's, we do a little bit of trail riding, and so much more! This quad is so fun for what it is, it's very light and nimble so you can throw it around super easy and be in control the whole time you're riding. It's super easy to control and be on top of out on the trails and has amazing power for what it is; being a 230cc four-stroke utility quad. Something that surprised me the first time I rode this quad was how much torque it has, this 230CC four-stroke utility quad motor has loads and loads of torque! It'll spin the tires so easily, even with good tread on them because the tires this quad has on it are practically new. Also, I forgot to mention it in the video but this quad has a five-speed transmission with reverse. This quad does belong to my little brother Jason though, so give all the credit to him. He's kept it up and kept it in great shape for the past three years that he has owned it!
We do apologize for this video being a little shorter than our past two videos, we ran out of time to film because this video had to get uploaded. With that being said, we really hope you still enjoy today's video, even with it being a little shorter than normal!

i think mine is down on power after seeing this video. i cant wheelie mine without clutch popping it. does yours have lots of low end torque? mine likes it at higher rpms, i need to tune my carb. came with a chinese carb (not factory mikuni carb) sadly...

The cc on the engine is 230. But they round it up to 250. Its the same quad
Are these engines just commonly mechanically noisy? I can always hear my valves running and some of my transmission gears I believe whenever I’m riding I just changed the oil and put a new timing chain on it.

you have never owned one i see. its a great quad. light enough to float over most anything and itll do over 40mph
