I said the same thing! It is very grunge. It reminds me of old school Nine Inch Nails. And the clown/joker concept reminded me of Tool. Disrupting a bureaucratic scene like an office, fighting the suits were all grunge themes.

That's what I've been thinking- Suga has his Agust D and now J-Hope has Jack. (And every so often, RM lets Rap Monster out to play, even though he doesn't call him that anymore.)
