My question is how do you update the systom after unlocking it when using it with another company
I went through all the promps and it let me permanently unlock. Then I did the restart. But it still said no sim found. Also the unlock app isn't there anymore. The carrier is metro ny T-Mobile and my sim is T-Mobile.

I don't have the unlock app on my LG Stylo 6 anywhere but I am currently with straight talk, and I tried to put my SIM card from straight talk into my metro phone but it didn't work, I've had my Stylo now for a year in a half, will my SIM work on my stylo from straight talk, or can I buy another Stylo that will be compatible? I miss my Stylo and would really like to use the one I have on hand though, instead of buying another one. I looked on straight talks website and I can't find the Stylo 6 anywhere. Thank you

no only GSM with Metro phone i believe, but i could be wrong because i havent used CDMA since 2007

Hey bro Sprint is merged with T-Mobile now but i never used them ever before . I'm not sure about Sprint because i only have the Metro one, but I doubt it would be possible

You have to be using the metro or mobile version to do it
