This song is so catchy and bubbly that when i listened to it for the first time my brain went "you're gonna listen this song and only this song" really really love the vibes it gives, thanks for the loop!
Lyrics : Here lies Charlie You can tell it's him 'cause we put his name on the stone He kept his showers ice cold, used eco-friendly lightbulbs Rode his bicycle to work when the gasoline price rose He'd judge with no pretense, fish on the weekends Each morning, get up, do the Pledge of Allegiance Never swim in the ocean, for fear of shark attacks Bi-monthly get his wife a rose with a card attached Avoiding all the little things that were hard to ask Had a car crash, cardiac arrest, died of a heart attack Golden escalator, all his friends and neighbors Huddled there in prayer around the respirator "Catch you later, I'm off to see the man upstairs! They all look like ants from here, stars and crystal chandeliers!" There was an angel at the entrance, checking off a guest list Charlie wasn't on it, and was ushered to the exit His heart sank He was breathless "Excuse me, sir! There must be someone you've confused me for If I could see someone who knew me or someone in uniform I go to church on Sunday Truly, usually more!" Screaming at the angels while they pushed him through the door "Excuse me, sir! There must be someone you've confused me for If I could see someone who knew me or someone in uniform I go to church on Sunday Truly, usually more!" Screaming at the angels while they pushed him through the door "Abandon all hope, all ye who enter" It was a horrifying sign, but sounded like a neat adventure Far beyond the halos and the castles in the clouds Fatsos squealing, shackled with some apples in their mouths Attention whores in padded bras hanging from extension cords Tortured with the products from their favorite catalogs Here, we buy and sell a million kinds of Hell Imagination is the limit to the devil's clientele Up a dingy elevator, no televised debate Will save you from the Hell you paid for, sorry buddy, smell you later Side-stepped fate, went right for the gate But you know the devil, he loves a good chase There was a demon at the entrance, making X's on a checklist Who would kick you in the ass when you begged him for repentance Those tempted by the senses with the cruelest of intentions Charlie's heart sank, he was breathless "Excuse me, sir! There must be someone you've confused me for If I could see someone who knew me or someone in uniform I really don't belong here I know you've heard the tune before!" Screaming at the demons while they pushed him through the door "Excuse me, sir! There must be someone you've confused me for If I could see someone who knew me or someone in uniform I really don't belong here I know you've heard the tune before!" Screaming at the demons while they pushed him through the door You can run from your demons until you are exhausted One day you will have to stop and find out what they wanted Keep on running from those demons 'til you are exhausted You can run to those angels until you are exhausted One day you will have to stop and question what they wanted Keep on running to those angels 'til you are exhausted "Excuse me, sir! This is essentially the most important masterpiece of film history. It is a tragedy that this, it can’t be called a film, but a transcendent emotional experience, will be inaccessible for most. It beautifully encapsulates the human struggle to its basics; suffering, pleasure, faith, despair. It connects with the characters within the viewers, individuals suppressed within our own subconscious. It stays vibrant, fresh, and revolutionizes the art of storytelling and filmmaking while making a damn of statement on what it means to be human. Entertaining, gripping, and simply exhilarating. This might be the most impactful piece of art I’ve come across in my life, and I’m definitely coming back to it in the near future to study it more deeply. And I am currently crying so hard right now. This is seriously the most beautiful, well put together story ever. I can’t believe how magical it was 1:12. That part truly made me shed a tear. And especially at 6:34 that part was just so truly heart touching words can not describe the series of emotions I felt. I absolutely loved the climax it had insanely excellent detail. Oh and we can’t forget the conclusion. The conclusion was the greatest and saddest conclusion I have ever seen better than any of the books I have read. Thank you so much for creating this absolute masterpiece. This is essentially the most important masterpiece of film history. I have forgiven all my enemies and now I am a man of a pacifist life. I will move on , got to move on , as the song says. the bacon is so inspirational , it shares it vast wisdom with all of us , and we are all so lucky that it would bestow it's great words with us. we are all children on Charlie. hail Charlie. hail song. The spinning song, rotating in one direction with this music... This made me tear up. How could such a song do such a thing? I'm struck by awe by this masterpiece. Especially when the bacon spins, showing its lightly salt covered tan skin. I can hear the crunch just from here, and so as the beautiful sound of the song scraping the dark, smooth velvet floor. The flavor, music and everything can be heard, tasted, seen and felt from a screen. You can really hear the breaths between the music artist, empathizing her love for this song. The graphics, the animation, the music, so much thought was put into it. This has remined me that you can do anything you put your mind to. Not even mentioning the memories, this makes me feel like an infant again, just laying my eyes on this beautiful masterpiece gives me all the good feelings in life. I also understand what happiness is again from this. Not even to mention the most incredible part that is 2:10. Bacon spinning has changed my life for the better. So much great graphic design, so much suspense, so much greatness in this one video. I have forgiven all my enemies and now I am a pacifist.
I love this song even though I just recently found it thanks to Tik Tok. It’s so catchy and I love how it paints the idea that even if you are a fairly good person God may simply send you to hell for living a life unlived without a few spicy dice rolls. I wanna bust out into song and dance with this song so bad
He was actually never a fairly good person. The song describes him as one but the line "Avoiding all the little things that were to ask". Proves otherwise he saw heaven as a point system and thought as long as he was religious, he would get into heaven. When he was on the escalator, he didn't try to fight back against because of him thinking he would go to heaven.
His actions had nuance, he did good not out of the good of his heart but more so to look good to god when he died. Does he deserve hell? Probably not, he didn’t do anything willfully bad, but there’s no song if he makes it into heaven lol
This was in a generated playist from youtube and I was listen to it in the back ground and I wasn't paying attention until 8 minutes in when I realize its still playing charlies inferno. I didn't realize it was one hour loop for 8 mintues.

Don’t read if you haven’t watched the “bye bye man” Netflix Spoilers!!! This song reminds me the people who know the name (Aka the bye bye man) when the teenagers see things that aren’t actually happening. So it reminds me if Someone named Charlie saw things that so many things were happening because in the song Charlie dies because of crazy things happening also because the bye bye man includes murder and grief/stages
I’m not sure why, but this sounds like it would be a theme song for The Stanley Parable
YES!!!!
FR!!
thats so true
ikr, sounds like something the narrator would sing to make fun of Stanley
TRUE!!
Song explaining: A man named Charlie who was a Christian went to hell because he was living a good life but he didn't help anyone
Oh. Thanks for giving me the song's lore 😔
It’s more of he helped people and did things just for his benefit and didn’t truly did it out of love
actually, the reason why charlie went to hell is because he staged his good doings, he planned to do good deeds just to get accepted to heaven
@@UnownYTlmaoor bc he was a lukewarm Christian

This music sounds like I should be sitting in an auditorium watching people sing a musical on a stage.

You can actually see every single bad thing Charlie does despite how nice he seems in the first verse:
"He kept his showers ice cold, used eco friendly lightbulbs, ride his bicycle to work when the gasoline price rose" - Greed (refusing to spend more money)
"He'd judge with no pretense / Never swim in the ocean for fear of shark attacks" - Prejudice
"Fish on the weekends" - Potentially causing harm to living things
"Each morning get up and do the pledge of allegiance" - Supporting a corrupt system willingly
"Bimonthly get his wife a rose with a card attached" - Doing things with a schedule rather than genuine kindness
"Avoiding all the little things that were hard to ask" - Pride

Excuse me, sir, there must be someone you've confused me for (I don't want to die)
If I could see someone who knew me or someone in uniform
I really don't belong here, I know you've heard the tune before (Please don't let me die)

@@Water-rg7gp really? I thought it was genuine since just glossing over it seems to relate to the song

@@ihatethis3058he was a good person through actions, but he never actually meant them
His actions had nuance, he did good not out of the good of his heart but more so to look good to god when he died. Does he deserve hell? Probably not, he didn’t do anything willfully bad, but there’s no song if he makes it into heaven lol
I have my moms phone but everyday after school i used to hear this song in a hour and i love it!!

Here lies Charlie
You can tell it's him 'cause we put his name on the stone
He kept his showers ice cold, used eco-friendly lightbulbs
Rode his bicycle to work when the gasoline price rose
He'd judge with no pretense, fish on the weekends
Each morning, get up, do the Pledge of Allegiance
Never swim in the ocean, for fear of shark attacks
Bi-monthly get his wife a rose with a card attached
Avoiding all the little things that were hard to ask
Had a car crash, cardiac arrest, died of a heart attack
Golden escalator, all his friends and neighbors
Huddled there in prayer around the respirator
"Catch you later, I'm off to see the man upstairs!
They all look like ants from here, stars and crystal chandeliers!"
There was an angel at the entrance, checking off a guest list
Charlie wasn't on it, and was ushered to the exit
His heart sank
He was breathless
"Excuse me, sir!
There must be someone you've confused me for
If I could see someone who knew me or someone in uniform
I go to church on Sunday
Truly, usually more!"
Screaming at the angels while they pushed him through the door
"Excuse me, sir!
There must be someone you've confused me for
If I could see someone who knew me or someone in uniform
I go to church on Sunday
Truly, usually more!"
Screaming at the angels while they pushed him through the door
"Abandon all hope, all ye who enter"
It was a horrifying sign, but sounded like a neat adventure
Far beyond the halos and the castles in the clouds
Fatsos squealing, shackled with some apples in their mouths
Attention whores in padded bras hanging from extension cords
Tortured with the products from their favorite catalogs
Here, we buy and sell a million kinds of Hell
Imagination is the limit to the devil's clientele
Up a dingy elevator, no televised debate
Will save you from the Hell you paid for, sorry buddy, smell you later
Side-stepped fate, went right for the gate
But you know the devil, he loves a good chase
There was a demon at the entrance, making X's on a checklist
Who would kick you in the ass when you begged him for repentance
Those tempted by the senses with the cruelest of intentions
Charlie's heart sank, he was breathless
"Excuse me, sir!
There must be someone you've confused me for
If I could see someone who knew me or someone in uniform
I really don't belong here
I know you've heard the tune before!"
Screaming at the demons while they pushed him through the door
"Excuse me, sir!
There must be someone you've confused me for
If I could see someone who knew me or someone in uniform
I really don't belong here
I know you've heard the tune before!"
Screaming at the demons while they pushed him through the door

You can run to those angels until you are exhausted
One day you will have to stop and question what they wanted
Keep on running to those angels 'til you are exhausted
"Excuse me, sir! (I don't)
There must be someone you've confused me for (want to)
If I could see someone who knew me or someone in uniform (die)
I really don't belong here (please don't)
I know you've heard the tune before! (Let me die)"

Don’t read if you haven’t watched the “bye bye man”
Netflix
Spoilers!!!
