On the quick change attachment for backhoe buckets. With that Little pin, just asking because it keeps the big pin from rotating, does it ever sheer or break. 😊 Again I'm looking at small long nut type steel versus a HUGE chrome Solid Pin going through the whole Dipper lower frame. I love watching you guys I am a big Nerd on how that does what on heavy equipment. My personal baby is a 1978 Dynahoe 190 I own for fun. I just pulled off one of my front bucket DUMP cylinders. Leaks badly ( Seals) Sense I bought her in 2003 have had to reseal most of the Hydraulic cylinders. Boy talk about HEAVY. I backed my PU as close to the front bucket and ROLLED the loose cylinder into my PU Bed. That old school Dynahoe has that screaming 353 Detroit Diesel. I plug her in for the engine heater And she starts each time I play with her I call her big Musky after BEs biggest Dragline ever built for Ohio coal Company She looks like a big Musky in my back yard. I also own a 8V-71 Detroit Diesel in a 1971 SeaGrave FD Engine another big boy toy I have. Love to have one of you guys drive that Spicer/Dana 5 speed transmission and listen to that Detroit screaming. Music to my ears 😊😊😊 Thank you so much for showing how it's done. Love the $1000 grease job, that looks like fun.
I 💕 how you made the quick change trouble shooting for customers so easy and accessible 😊 can FIX an issue with that electrical gear in dirty places easy 😊 You guys ROCK 😊❤😊
This channels videos are one of the reasons I decided to branch out in my own. Just bought my own first truck yesterday and have been working on getting everything mounted up and stocked up. Thanks boys, wish me luck !!
My god it’s in fathomably upsetting and aggravating that this channel is under 100k subs. This channel should have well over a million with the kind and such high quality content they’re making us. Props to you guys can’t wait to watch this channel grow big!
As a recently red seal licensed truck guy who enjoys learning tips/tricks about all types of equipment/fab work/repairs etc, this is by far the best channel ive come across. Absolutely amazing detail in every video! Always recommending you guys to my wrench buddies lol. Keep up the great content!
I know i sound like a broken record but the quality of stuff you guys are putting out is better then anything on TV or anywhere for that matter. Ive been behind on episodes busy doing EATSLEEPPRAY stuff 😎 but just caught up and i need more!! Awesome stuff from all you guys including behind the scenes. Lets keep this Tekamo train rollin!!!
Everything about this is great. The editing, the personalities and the reference of an eclipse to explain your alignment issue. Awesome channel guys! Love what you're doing.
This channel is what keeps me inspired being an agricultural mechanic. Hopefully one day we can bring ag to this channel! Love the videos guy they alway turn out awesome!
Case ih equipment from small 60 hp tractor up to our 715 big quad tracks. Tons of combines! Sprayers just about everything that has to do with farming equipment
It's been a while since I heard someone who calls themselves a Millwright. I finished the foundation program locally in 2014 but never looked for a job. I work in a different field nowadays but can't forget some of what I learned.
Great content and awesome too see how supportive and patient you are with the younger guys. Often older guys in this industry just shout and expect you to get it right straight away otherwise they loose their shit, but you guys are way better.
Tyler is who I aspire to be on site, absolute unit of a man with an absolute winner of a sense of humor; call me crude and that's fine, but people like that keep the job interesting, and your abs toned. 😂 EDIT: P.S. The whole crew is actually hilarious, how do you guys even get work done I'd be too busy being floored from laughter!
i have found the 54'' demo pry bar is great to slide into the center of the track pad is enough to get it to move easily to get those bolts started in the bearing when your just out a little bit.
Lots of fun... currently on 55t 22m long reach on a barge,no quick hitch, gotta keep changing bucket n breaker...... luckily I've been on the machine fair while, keep.it greased baby 🤘
Mann I wanna work for you guys so bad I just love doing stuff like this. Like when he was lining up the H link to the quick attach, reminded me of when I gotta service the extension dipper cylinder, putting it back together leaving one half hanging from the chain hoist and lining up inner and outer dipper arms to slide em right in. Practice makes perfect! Keep the content coming!
Hello! At my workplace, I watched with interest the replacement of the slewing ring bearing of the Komatsu PC 800 excavator. This is also a very big job. A large crane lifted the booms and lifting cylinders and finally lifted the upper part off with the engine. I was a Merlo Roto basket with a forklift to help with this work. Your big and strong bearded man is a real repairman. Good luck to you!
When putting new angular contact bearings in CNC milling machines, I typically pack them in Kluber Isoflex NBU 15, which costs about $500 per kg, so your bucket-o-grease seems a little cheap to me. I guess everything is relative.
Great Video. Normally Cam is the funniest, but Tylor and his Pin Cleaning and other comments had me laughing at my lunch break. Thanks for showing your side of the trade.
Aww you made Wagner style forks for a front end loader. Been around wagners moving logs for awhile. That's a good idea because who the hell makes a Wagner anymore lol. Even the attachment to scrape the bark at the end of the shift to clean the ground.
Love your guys videos ! Im going to take my foundation cource over on here on the island cause of u guys 🤙 hopefully one day ill get the chance to work with my ginger brother 🫵
Another awesome video guys! Haha, I love the halo of Cam The Great, helping Tylor through his difficult times of reading instructions, kind of his guiding light........ LOL Hey Tylor, I have a Lazy boy couch. Can you tell me where I can find one of those Casting Couches you were talking about? 🤪 I did a lot of welding on equipment before I moved, and working on getting set up again. I really enjoy and would like to see a lot more fabrication.
Rent 1 Hitachi ZX250 LC-5 Found this channel when I was looking into becoming a HDM and that was a year ago and have been loving all the videos since then. Now that I'm set for school I look forward to a long career as a heavy duty equipment mechanic!
I need these guys to come to florida , trying to get my little tiny mt100 to lift high enough to dump over the side of the dump truck , i only need about 18 " , we can rebuild the arms longer , it won't lift as much , but i'll sacrafice the difference ...i never said it had to be safe or anything ..😂
How does this bunch of excellent mechanics have such a stellar production quality? Its riddiculus to see them beeing the best man they can be with this much editing backing them up. And hear me, dirty hands and joke wont make you a good video producer. So my guess is you all just transform during nighttime or there must be some exccelent people behing the camera as well. It just blows my mind. Keep on!
I am not sure if I am wrong or not (I don't work in this area) but at 12:18 he removes it... ok... but does he applies it again? I do not have any knowledge on this but I think that the spray that he uses is for cleaning and emergencies, not to be used on long periods of work. So, if I am not mistaken, should he have applied graphite-based lubricant before inserting it again?

Makes you appreciate the day off more😂
I've never had such a powerful desire to work somewhere.
These guys are too much fun.
Oilfield memories are coming back watching this.
is that good or bad lol
It’s crazy to me how this channel doesn’t have more subs but some other crappy ones have more.
Love their humor, tech know how and playfulness
We appreciate it man. Sharing our videos on other websites does help 🫡
Agreed
Whoever is editing these needs a raise
We need more videos of Tyler. He is the star of the show.
The videos are well edited. It's better than old TV and has some humor. I'm really happy I found this channel.
We’re glad you found us! We try to make ‘em fun!
The guys getting it done. The ginger gorilla being himself as usual 😂

Thanks for the love! We try to make our videos fun and informative.
This channel is what keeps me inspired being an agricultural mechanic. Hopefully one day we can bring ag to this channel! Love the videos guy they alway turn out awesome!
What equipment do you work on man!
Case ih equipment from small 60 hp tractor up to our 715 big quad tracks. Tons of combines! Sprayers just about everything that has to do with farming equipment
Be careful dude. Farm machinery is a killer. If in doubt turn it off, and think how the machine is plotting to kill you
Props to the guy fabricating, best weld I’ve ever seen on equipment attachment
This channle is amazing! As a Millwright mechanic, seeing how other fields of mechanics work is really interesting.
It's been a while since I heard someone who calls themselves a Millwright. I finished the foundation program locally in 2014 but never looked for a job. I work in a different field nowadays but can't forget some of what I learned.
Can't wait for tylor to explain snap on 4 way wrenches 🤷♂️
Have you heard about the snap on 4 way angle wrenches??
@@TekamoHD Please tell us more!
@@TekamoHD I must know!
From what ive heard they are the best ....becuase they have .......FOUR angles crazy
Its a true 4 way
The way he points at things and calls them by noises tells me that he's a true professional
YT rarely recommends good stuff and after finding this channel today, it's been a good day.
Gotta Love tylor man, by far the most relatable 😂

Just bought some of the Mueller Kueps Tools from Fortis HD, so far so good. Thanks for the discount code.
Thank you very very very much for supporting us, Douglas. It really does help us out when you buy from Fortis and you let them know you watch Tekamo!
The video production is amazing the editing everything and the crew know what they’re doing and make sure to put extra effort for the video also

I FREAKING LOVE THIS TH-cam CHANNEL!!!!!😂😂😂
WE FREAKING LOVE YOU!!!!! 🫡
Rent1 PC238 for sure. Have a brand new one and work and it’s nice.
i feel like some tapered pins would seriously help with locating the bolts for the excavator.
Aww you made Wagner style forks for a front end loader. Been around wagners moving logs for awhile. That's a good idea because who the hell makes a Wagner anymore lol. Even the attachment to scrape the bark at the end of the shift to clean the ground.
That paint job looks great.
This was an awesome video, love seen the workshop fabrication stuff
We’ll be implementing a lot more fabrication work. Glad you enjoyed the episode 🫡
Rest in peace, your guys microphones tylers a beast
Aw man I thought this was going to be a look into the adult video industry based on the title, but it was still a great watch.
Damn, from the title I thought this was going to be about Diddy...
We use grease that's $5k for a 5 gallon bucket where I'm at. Super fancy stuff they use on the space shuttle
This is a great series! One of our excavators is going to need this action eventually.
You guys should put hidden cameras on Tylor’s truck, that would be pretty entertaining.
Happy Sunday lads
Same to you!
Great Video! look forward to working with you guys more!
For sure guys!! Really appreciate you inviting us to film 🫡
Love your guys videos ! Im going to take my foundation cource over on here on the island cause of u guys 🤙 hopefully one day ill get the chance to work with my ginger brother 🫵

just curious why were the welders running solid wire spray arcing rather than running dual shield?
Rent1. Hell yeah for letting thise dudes record. 🎉
