Snow they changed sukunas spa from 21 to 11 so he's a lot stronger compsred to before and his poison is more frequent :)
Frieza is very easy to evo and it carry through lvl 15 to 50+,its cheap and it got buff now so overall very good for beginner
im lvl 130 and still use him bec i dont have any other good dps other than him and rengoku
