Edit: i think the D.O.T nerf is probably 25% percent of base dmg then u gotta multiply it

I will only say this, so complain all you want. Diavolo being D isn't bad placement it makes sense. His ability is kind of mid now. Sure, you have his decent hp cut, and a few seconds of global ts, but all that does is make the superior Domain Nuke, go into cooldown. Law can handle the corner sendback, while Meliodas has Hp cuts. Not to mention Gilgamesh and Madara also have Hp cut abilities. Unless you're running Gauntlet, there really is no reason to use Diavolo in the new meta now. This is the point @BlamSpot was trying to make, and I 100% agree with him.
Tbh yama should have been S tier bc of the 225m burn with buff and max lvl
yo blam, Tanjiro should be SS because when his sunburn runs out at max lvl and 4x buff it will deal 1.7b damage
Edit : Guts total rupture is still 500 million damage so he should be S or A
The Path Asuras total burn is 100 million, Animals bleed is 79 million, Preta changes his enemies to nature (making the path 7 star and other units that are fire deal 200% damage), and the Human deals crit every 2 or 3 attack mutliplying it by 3, Nagato or the main path is good before you max it due to its 26 million damage for 9 and full Aoe Slow so the path should be S support or normal S tier
lv175 tanjiro does 126m sunburn dmg x4 is only 500m dps
single placement dot units do only 25% of their elemental damage, so tanjiro does at max 100m sunburn

pain in A teir triggers me, remember enchant change, buff full aoe GALE SLOW AND BURN, so if u do 80m x250% with buff with additional 200% due to enchant change, it does INSANE damage, and thats with the expensive upgrade, the upgrade before does 10M full aoe slow, which is busted enough already. I don’t agree with the A teir, as pain can basically solo most raids now (if ur smart ofc)
It can do even more with ywach (however its spelt) but most people just use idol anyways so thats why im using 250% as an example.
I can only consider pain mid for infinite, because the dmg is way to low for infinite, but in everything else like story and raids, this things meta clear S teir.

- Wiki did wrong, Broly is max at 673M dmg at level 175 but with Ultra Magic Orb he is 773M dmg. How many his rage? It is 21 rage, that is so insane.
