      That’s what happens when your audience are literally Singers on their own. Any foreign act experience that whenever they come to Philippines to stage a concert and where all blown away that they couldn’t even hear themselves singing. Filipinos are their Human Amplifiers and Sound System at concerts.👍💪💪👍🇵🇭 You could have experienced that yourself Ovela in the Born Pink concert of Black Pink just a week ago at the Philippine Arena. It really is Amazing to be in one roof with Filipinos in a concert. CRAZY LOUD!!!🔊🔉🔈🔊🔉🔈

I was laughing at a scene while i was shush. but i remember there was a famous movie(filipino) that was shown here in canada, and almost all filipino were shouting .Laughing and reacting filipino crowds are another form of fans, IMO

    We Filipinos love singing along to be honest, thats why a lot of foreigners say we are good singers. We listen to music a lot to memorize lyrics then sing along with the music then sing it in the karaoke during gatherings with family and friends and it became a habbit to sing along to artist who have their live here in the Philippines

  • @arm4978
    @arm4978 ปีที่แล้ว +9

    lol. If Filipinos don't sing and just stand at a concert to listen, that mean they're bored of the performer and you have to up your performance. Filipinos show their support and love by singing with the artist.

  • @chelseal8448

  • @myhappylittlecrib
    @myhappylittlecrib ปีที่แล้ว +19

    I've watched Celine Dion, Journeys, BackStreet Boys Concert in Vancouver BC and the crowd was so different. They listened quietly and it was like you wanted to sing/dance along with the artists and wanted to scream from the start to the end but it is kind of respect to the artist to finished the song first before they deserved to get the round of applause from the audience at the end of the song.And I understand for the audience to really feel the song.
    I find it a little boring as I compared to the crowd in Philippines, you'll really enjoyed the concert from the beginning and definitely loose your voice from screaming with the crowds. Once you heard the artist start the music, you'll get a goosebump from the crowds.

    • @maelestepa9252

      I’m a Filipino but I can honestly say that some European countries are more to sing along with the artist. I saw a clip from Ed Sheeran singing “PERFECT” and you can see almost everybody was singing. The venue almost collapse with that loud voices, incredible to watch. Very inspiring too. I said to myself I wish I was there. I love music.

    Its a concert so its so natural to us filipino to have jam, sing with the singer, enjoying music. If for you its not good but for us thats what we called satisfaction. Its better to hear your fans sing along with you rather than keeping insilence,

    We don't want to steal the spotlight. Singing with the original is dream come true, that is why fils can't help singing while the artist is performing. Maybe it is also because in our normal setting, like karaoke sessions, it is normal for us to sing as well though we are not the one holding the mike. It makes the karaoke session livelier when everyone who knows the song sings as well. There is no such thing like "hey it's my turn to sing so shut up and hear me first".

    When I was younger, I wondered why all those already-old foreign artists kept coming back here to do special concerts. I wondered because they practically seemed to be inactive in the international scene. I now kinda know why. It's really the audience, the people. If they want to relive their glory days somehow even in just a few shows, Philippines is the place to go to. After all, we embrace old and new artists just like we grow up embracing their songs.

    Filipinos need not just sit and listen to the live concert with the original singers, since they already listened to it beforehand and they've already idolized them and memorized their songs, even just the first initial tone, plucking of guitar or piano or whatever instrument they use for an intro of the song. That's why in the actual concert, they instantly scream as soon as the intro is played, then sing along with the singer and enjoy the moment.
