To be fair, Matt did have it easier. He was pretty much just told, cook whatever you want, just make sure to have alcohol in it. Which is alot of things really lol.

@@Megan-uu2fj these are actually quite doable within the allotted time frame - It just takes the right skills, equipment, basic recipes; and time management ^_^ (lucky for Eugene, Matt has all of the above!)
From my own experience:
Mini Cakes = 30-45 min
Ice Cream (using machine) = 50-60 min
Poached Fruit = 10-15 min
Vodka cherries = 30 sec prep (1h soak acceptable :p)
Eugene: Is there more of that cake
Matt: Made more of the cake than the other ingredients.
