Saw UB40 with Matt Doyle at the Hollywood Bowl last week 👐 | Matt did an AMAZING job, and it was a dream come true seeing UB40 perform IRL.. They sound just like the recording - I was shook!
This is the only UB40. There is another using the name to sell tickets with an ex singer and frightened session musicians but they are not professional and have major problems starting Red Red Wine. They also produce poor studio albums using computer software instead of real instrumentation. These guys here have the class. Give them a listen.👍
You have got to be having a laugh there is only one UB40 with the real lead singer as in Ali Campbell and gillyg trying to fill Astros boots with his toasting on red red wine only one astro and with his unique lyrics and moves and as for robin and you Tony to think that robins band is better and remember duncañ yes I'm sorry he had a stroke but to step in to Ali's shoes no chance you never worked for 8yrs and before that you liked folk music and you played the spoons with your dad's band say no more eh
@@tonyharley5230 alis albums are better than this groups and Ali is ub40 no ali no ub40 you can replace musicians you can't replace the orginal voice and all bands can make mistakes even duncan used to get the lyrics wrong and the Jimmy's drum kit has gone wrong before look at the older concerts from 2008 2011
