Alex, Miss the show, watch reruns here in Birmingham Al. Three shows per week night . My two bit and a cup of coffee. Pick your top 5 autos / trucks sell the rest and use the proceeds for a professional restoration of your fav 5. My girlfriend's Grandma had a 58 Impala convertable when I was eleven living in Biloxi MS in 1958. Patty and I would sit in the Impala and play like we could drive. Yours would be breath taking if fully restored. God Bless from B'ham.
Well, I'm many days late and many dollars short, but I loved that Lincoln Town Car! I had a '77 Lincoln Mk V and a '76 Grand Marquis, both with 460s. What great cars! But I'm also a Mopar guy, and I love that old 69-70 Dodge pickup! I've had 4 of that style. I imagine they're long gone by now, EH?
I have many memories but you have the tangible ones right there with you. I'm so jealous right now. You were my favorite guy on IRT, happy to see you will never be bored with all your projects left to do. You better live a lot longer if you want them completed. God willing, you surely will.
Nelson and Andrew what a wonderful video and your father's life in his hometown. I often wonder what the truckers do when there is no trucking. I have watch Ice Road truckers for many many years. I thoroughly enjoyed your You tube channel.
yeah this takes me back , go over to my uncles place wander around look at the trucks , cars , ahum projects this is so so car or truck i got it from ... Thanks Alex .
Hi Alex... ! Great stories, great yard I love old iron,.. hey just a suggestion, don't worry about painting that boat ,or any other thing until they are running and have had it in the water, same with vehicle's. 👍👍👍
58 or 59 Mercury pick up, interested as I used to have the Ford versions from 57' to 59", my favorite was my 58' panel, all gone now but like I said although it's probably a "Never happen in a hundred years" for me because my bikes are more than I can afford but I do love that Merc! I'd have done the same as you for the Impala! Great story. The 52' is a Coupe and the other you described was a Delux if I'm not mistaken, but yes, they were like a fast back type of car, The coupe is very nice!
Bear in mind that the price that they are asking for that sidewinder is actually pretty cheap from what I have seen. It's in North Carolina about 40 miles north of Charlotte off of I-85.
The flying cat house was funny and I do believe it too, you got the better end of that deal. the red Honda step through is worth a bunch now by the way but that plastic rots fast as you know, it's still going way up in value! Fargo must be a Canadian Dodge. I have an older brother in Canada who is a pretty good cook if I remember right, he was born there, I'll trade you for the Merc, either one, the yellow one is about the same age as him!
My daily prayer would be,"Dear lord, please make it all go away"-20 years from now that yard will look just like it does now" The stories are yours forever.Time to "cash out"!

Everything is almost good. Almost!

Lol...great memories.
I think its about time to ban the grand kids from the play ground
Hey by the looks of your collection and mine.. It could just be we're related?
You saw a Torpedo model if it had a sloping back , yours is a standard two door sedan
At 7:45, is that a '40 Ford in the background.
You could sell all of the old vehicles and buy a new house.
I love Jesus Christ, Alex does too😁.
This channel should of took right off keep this up you guys
ALL ALEX NEED NOW IS A BOAT HOUSE STATION OUT FIT.
Hey Alex how much for the cat 215
Face it you will never never restore that 58 never
Don't worry about the ugly car, i found a truck that would give that car some competition.
