I feel like people didn’t care much for the father son gg because people, including me, didn’t really like what they did to Trunks and how his character seemed more flat in Super.
to clear your doubt about active skills simply an active skill are those which you actively swipe up to do a certain attack, transformation, exchange etc. there are some transformations which can happen without the swipe up action mostly because they were before active skill were a thing or a design decision but it's generally better to have the option to transform or not depending on the situation as many units are more defensively geared pre transformation and more offensively geared post transformation so it's your choice what kind of play you want to make in a certain situation.
like you have that AGL zamasu which automatically transform next time he comes back after his first appearance into fusion zamasu and then the next time he comes back you have the ability to use his active skill to transform him into quagmire zamasu which does more damage but has worse defensive capability
Oh thanks for clearing that up lol. I do know the actives are when you swipe up but I didn’t understand why a character like that trunks in the video gets worse after using it
@@zero38xt so basically modern dokkan defence is better than offence and that AGL trunks that transforms into ssj trunks trades some of his defensive capability for offensive ones and that usually is not good in these difficult fights unless you can kill the boss that turn only then you would want to transform. Note : not all characters are like these some are just outright better transformed but there are many units who are designed like this, defensive in base and offensive in the transformed state

An ACTIVE SKILL: skills in dokkan used to just happen after certain conditions, once they were met, skills just activated, like; transformations, super attacks, characters exchanging… etc. active skills just allow you to do those things at your own time once said conditions have been met, so it allows you to use them when the time best suits the situation, and adds a small depth of strategy… well, as much strategy that you could add in a bubble popping game… say what u want the game is fun and u really gotta think when building teams and setting up rotations so gameplay is deeper than bubble popping, but, to each their own.
Daaaamn the INT SSB duo disrespect, their animations are absolutely awesome in my opinion, i never really understood why some people didnt like their anims 😅
