That was awesome and at the age of 52 soon to be 53 on the 11th. I have never been on a plane. I travel but have never conquered that fear of heights. So proud of the kids. Question, were you nervous to leave your camera up the escalator stairs in order to get the shot of the family going up together🤷🏾♂️🤔

Wish I could find some peace (land) for me (disabled widow, BC survivor) and my autistic son. Still fighting for funding for him. I would look into thrive but can’t do it financially. As a retired Commercial pilot, this one really was special for me. Pre 9/11, I used to love letting the kids come up front and see the flight deck. It always made them feel better when they got to meet the pilots. Thank you for sharing guys and enjoy your vacation!! As always, sending love from our acreage to yours.
This is one of my favorite memories. My family used to fly from Sacramento to Los Angeles many times as a kid and I loved seeing each other off at the boarding gate, meeting the pilot, and even walk up and down the aisle passing out the bags of peanuts. We got huge bags of leftover nuts at the end of the flight. Better times all together.
The kids reaction to the flight and the train was so cute! As a city girl I always have to remind myself that the things I do everyday is such a new and exciting experience for others. Thank you for sharing!! 😊
Love the kids's take on flying. Kira is so cute! "This is the best day ever!" 🤣 I can't wait to see the rest of the trip! It's going to be so fun to see what all y'all did while there!
My husband and I flew for work frequently. Our son flew for the first time at 4 years old. Since we did it so often, he didn't think anything of it. He's an adult now and flies internationally for work. As we were never amazed by the experience, I totally enjoyed seeing how your children experienced this. Also, I loved how they considered the airport people mover a "train." I hope they get to experience an actual train soon. It is unique. So fun to see traveling through fresh eyes. Of course one of the reasons I watch your channel is to see a life totally outside my own experience. Thank you for the work you do to post these.
That explains the sickness you had on the live the other night, hope you are all feeling better and rested after your journey. Travelling can be so exhausting that you need a holiday after the travel to recover! 😅😊
This made me smile! So much fun watching the kids enjoy their first experience of flying and being on a train!!! Thank you for sharing!! Hope your trip was full of fun and blessings! :)
Flying can be nerve-wracking, then having to rebook the flight, that's crazy 🤪. The reactions and enthusiasm on the kids faces is priceless, I love it. What a bummer about the bodyspray. I can't wait to see what you get to do on the rest of your trip. Safe travels.
BLESS THEIR HEARTS!!! At take off, they reminded me so much of myself....I flew for the first time 2 yrs ago and im 47!! I freaked out the entire flight. I never want to fly again.... Proud of the kids!!! They did so well....
The kids were great and so real about the flights and train ride. Precious expressions ❤. Have a great adventure, can’t wait to see it all, y’all deserve a beautiful trip!
Awe sweet angels. I have a fear of flying. I think Jeremy and Melissa are wonderful parents, so supportive during that flight. I've only been on an airplane twice in my 41 yrs of life. My stepdad was stationed in Oahu Hawaii so the trip there and back was it. I was pretty young. Honestly I think if I traveled with the Souzas, I could pull off flying again. Love you guys. Hope you had a wonderful time on your trip.
Hey the same for me I'm 63 and only flat I had was to Hawaii when I was young and back and that was it but I remember that flight it was nice going and coming thank God
I’m going to be going on my first flight in over 15 years and I am petrified! And it’s a 5 hour flight! Them babies did so good! Have a great vacation y’all deserve it!
so cool to see the innocence of kids. we forget as adults the beauty and wonder of something so amazing as things like flight. mahalo nui loa to Neveah for being transparent, honest, and open on camera about how you were feeling. Teens tend to be more private with their personal feelings and do not want to share and be vulnerable with the world. I hope you get a gift box of body spray when you get back home Neveah!!
This is one of your best episodes ever. Because it reminded me of the first time I travel on a plane. I know exactly what the kids was feeling. Great memories never dies. Enjoy your much needed vacation. One ❤ love.
I was 40 the first time I had to fly, my son was 14. He was cooler than I was. Since then we have flown about once a year, I am now 53 and love it. Safe trip to you all 😊
Yes. it was beautiful how the two of you sat together and the children had their space..Anywho You ALL needed this travel wherever you are traveling...Enjoy...!
You are so calm and collected after dealing with the stress of your flight information being messed up! I’d be so frustrated! You handled it like champs!
I was around 20 when I went on my first flight. I loved it. My last flight was at the age of 28 or 29. The only one of my 4 kids ever to fly was my oldest before he was even a year old. Someday, I hope my kids get to fly. They are all adults now. Take off is my favorite part! Someday I hope to be able to fly once again. I am so glad your kids had so much fun.
My first flight was at 18 on my way basic training in Texas My second was flying back to Atlanta after tech school. Then from Atlanta to Okinawa When I returned home 4 yrs later I had flown enough to circle the earth 3 times. That was in 1973. I've only flown once sense then to Oklahoma and back in 2000 After all that the one I remember is that first time.Just a kid, all alone on a crowed plane beginning a new phase in life. This is something your children will all ways remember and thanks to you two it will be a pleasant one. .
I can’t remember my first flight. And I can’t tell my flights apart. Only time I didn’t fly for over 6 month is due to Covid-19 where I couldn’t fly for over 2 Years! I’d love to be able to experience flying as something special!
I love watching your kids expressions on the flight the very first flight. My kids acted the same way when they took their first flights to Florida from Michigan when they were little. Now I get to experience that with my grandchildren. Have a great vacation wherever you are can’t wait to watch the videos of it.❤
Good morning! I still have a fear of flying and last time I flew was in the 80's. Kids looked like they had fun. Glad you all made it to your destination. Hafa adai and love from the island of Guam 🌴💕🌴
What a fantastic family. Watching this particular video had me in awe…I come from a small island in the Caribbean and to go anywhere you have to fly. The small things in life one takes for granted. Flying is a normal part of our lives sometimes we forget that our normal is not everyone’s. Thanks for this. Have a wonderful time away.
It’s really fun to watch the kid’s enjoy their first flying experience! I’ve flown so much throughout my life that I’m really over it and avoid it at all costs. I get so nervous, even though statistically it’s safer to fly than to drive 😂 Thanks for reminding me that joy can be found, even in the seemingly chaotic and unpleasant things we may find ourselves having to do! ❤️❤️☺️
Your kids are great, no chaos whatsoever. My first flight was from Chicago to Las Vegas. I was 37. I cried all the way…mostly because my babies (14 & 12) were home with grandparents.
This was absolutely awesome to experience this with you all!! Loved the children's reactions from being scared to excitement!! Enjoy the rest of your trip! Cannot wait for the next video!
I'm with you Eli. I like the take off. Lots of power. Exciting. Don't like the hassle of flying. I prefer train or road trips. I LOVE your family. 🥰❤️⭐ Thank you for sharing with us.
Yay the kids got their wings! When I was a kid that was the exciting part. ( and fighting over who gets to sit by the window) We got to go up to the cockpit and talk to the pilot. I haven't seen kids actually get their wings in a long time. Glad they are bring that back. Enjoy your trip! ❤
That was funny. I felt my stomach drop with it being the first time for them, & I felt their excitement with riding the train. I loved looking out the window on the second flight, it was a beautiful blue. Where ever you are just enjoy yourselves as best as you can. ❤🙏👵
I love the wonder of children! So stressed, best day ever! I love it so much! I love taking my daughter to new experiences and just watching all of the awe in her face. It is the best thing I get to experience in life! Prayers y’all are safe and having fun!
It is chaotic travelling, especially with kids, but I suspect you wouldn’t have half as much fun without them. Congratulations on making it to your destination. And you have managed to keep it a secret except for the fact that it has to be somewhere warm. Bon voyage and safe journeys!
Bless their lil overwhelmed faces and complete awe in flying and riding the tram for their first time. You two should be so proud how amazingly they behaved Hats off momma and papa 🤗
My goodness,....such a nice family. It's good to know that they still exist in America. Well behaved kids. Good parents. God bless em. We need more families like this.
I loved seeing their reactions to flying and even the subway train. First time I flew I was 18 and went by myself to from Seattle to Washington DC. That was 50 years ago. Hope it was a good trip.
Kids. Did great. Considering there 1st. Time! 😮 wow. No one got sick! Fantastic! Poor Nevaeh 😒 hopefully you’ll be able to get it at your destination! The faces of the kids is precious. Awesome parents🎉
How exciting! Your oldest son (I'm not going to write his name because I will definitely misspell it) has a VERY low voice! I haven't heard him speak for a very long time. He is growing into a man before our eyes! Your family is so awesome! I love you all.
I had to laugh at the kids raising their hands in air on take off and landing, like they were on a rollercoaster! Too cute! Can’t wait to see where you flew to.
How great to see you all enjoying your air flight, especially your children. This is the first time I have noticed your oldest daughter eyes, they are beautiful. Enjoy your trip. Love and best wishes from Mike. ❤
It's so refreshing to see kids who are appreciative and accept new experiences. Quite different from the first time taking my step-grandchildren to Disney World for a week where they threw fits the entire time because one was missing a baseball game and the other didn't want to walk. They were 8 and 11.
I have a friend that took his two teen age grandsons to "see" the Grand Canyon and they had their faces buried in front of their phones the whole time. My grand niece and nephew and I were playing a game of UNO and were texting back and forth to each other, I will never get it.
@@sharoncochran8508 Yes. They made it so miserable we actually paid extra to cut the vacation short and fly home early (not to mention we'd already pre-paid for the entire week at the Polynesian Resort). If I'd had my way, we wouldn't have gone at all because the complaining started in the airport before we even left!
Memories of our flights with our older sons several years ago in 2000. We flew from Colorado to Pennsylvania (the year before 9/11, so no security hassles) to visit family. My wife and I flew back again in '10-'13 and '14. Not so much fun with security and mechanical delays and diversions and cancellations were numerous. But I still love flying. Have a couple friends who have taken me up in their light GA aircraft. Awesome experience. I am a volunteer at our local aircraft museum at our local airport and I get to hang around the airport and enjoy working on our historical aircraft and displays. Something special about airports and all the "busyness" and seeing people arriving from and departing to points all around the world. Great experience for kids for sure!
So fun. Loved the kids reacting to the plane and flying. My first flight was from Spokane, WA to Ft. Benning, GA for Basic Training. My Daughter reacted just like your kids when the Wife and I took her to Disneyland. Good stuff guys, love the videos.
I watched this and asked my husband if we could take a flight and go on a trip… he said yes but he also said he will surprise me. Blessings on your family trip! I am excited to see where you all are! I’m thinking Hawaii 🏝️ I would looove to see Paula Fuga!
Eeeeeeek! Exciting! I love flying but havent been on a plane with the kids yet either. Their reactions and pure excitement was soooo fun to watch! Def dont miss the small seats lol. When we fly, I'll sit in the row with the kids and their little bums so I have a little more space. And it just hit me, no masks!!! Yay! Can't wait to see where you landed.....✈️😁
Wow that's awesome. I believe traveling is super important experience for kids. Helps them see and experience a new place and people, but also gives them a better sense of what Idaho is and where home is.
Too funny on Neveah’s reaction having to throw out her body spray!😂 oh the trials of flying! I love your family, such a picker upper to watch you all🙌🏻 On the painful ears while landing, I definitely relate to that! A pharmacist friend told me how to alleviate that… I pack my airplane plugs (they look like plastic screws), nasal spray, gum and nasal decongestant tablets all in a plastic lunch bag, bring in my purse. Actually I put the plugs in my ear once I’m on the plane…30 minutes before landing I use the nasal spray and take one decongestant tablet and chew gum. So far it has helped about 80-100% of the time, which is a big difference from the stabbing pain in my ear!😅🙏🏻love you guys!
Born Again Believer, Thank you for the info on what you use on an Airplane to help out with the pain in your ears... I have always suffered such bad pain while flying. Have not been on a plane since 2005, but I will definitely use what you've said on my next Flying excursion 😊 Blessings to you, and thank you so much🙏❤️🙏❤️
@@stacybroussard3097 you’re welcome! I have to laugh at myself because I feel like I have this ritual I have to go through every time! I take one decongestant, but I would read on the box for correct dosage. I should have added to my list :don’t forget to pray!🙏🏻
Sharing a new adventure with the family is a memory for a lifetime. Have a great adventure and live the experience for all the joy and happiness it brings
well that's a teaser if ever there was one! Great to see the kids faces of surprise and excitement! Can't wait to see where you are and what you get up too
Chew bubblegum and yawning helps a lot. You can use a SCUBA diving technique of holding your nose, take a deep breathe, close your mouth, and blow hard. It should help equalize your eardrums.
Making Beautiful Memories ♥️ I can't wait to see where the family has landed.... Enjoy, You All deserve a Family Vacation after All the Hard Work you have Accomplished....I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A BLAST❤️🙏❤️🙏
I♥️ seeing FAMILIES travel. I was a Military brat and traveled to Europe most of my life. You Never get tired of meeting New Cultures. Have Fun Family ♥️
It was fun to watch your kids experience that for the first time. My wife and I lived in Haiti doing humanitarian work for a bunch of years, and all our kids were born and spent their early years there. When we came back to Canada permanently they asked to go see a movie in the theatre for the first time. We took them but it just so happened that the movie we wanted to watch was sold out . . . but they were SO excited just to be in the theatre building with all the lights and popcorn smell and games and movie posters and people and bigness of it all . . . they talked about it for months. It didn't take much to impress them back then!
So a flight that exists normally from Spokane as a direct flight but is also a direct flight from sea-tac on Alaska air that takes a couple hours that is warm enough to have those plants 🧐
I was about 5 when I first flew across the US. Flew from Lexington, KY to Atlanta, LAX. I was in love instantly. I love to fly. Your kids will be hooked.
After working so hard on your property and dream home, you guys deserve a “WE TRIP” have a lot of fun , build new memories and most of all be safe 🎊 May God Bless your trip and a safe return.
Stay tuned for a BONUS video Wednesday morning at 8am PST!

Wow that sounds amazing, wish I was around during those times
Yes the good old days before we lost so much.
Seem to remember something about “those who give up freedom for safety deserve neither.”
I remember being able to walk up to the terminal and watching my mom board the plane. My how things have changed in the years.
i remember doing that as a kid in the 80s
The little ones throwing up their hands like they're on a roller coaster and Kera saying it was her best day ever ! I just love them sweet kids !
They are so adorable 😍
I second that " emotion"...
Awesome little folks,indeed!! 👍!!
Lovely to see kids that are so grounded to be excited with new experiences

Ok not fair not telling us where your going ❤
Stay tuned for Wed!
Suspense... I'm betting it's Hawaii 😊
It was so lovely to see the kids so excited about their first experiences. It brought tears to my eyes. Enjoy your holiday.
Too funny on Neveah’s reaction having to throw out her body spray!😂 oh the trials of flying! I love your family, such a picker upper to watch you all🙌🏻
On the painful ears while landing, I definitely relate to that!
My parents taught us to chew gum to make our ears pop when going up in the mountains and it has worked for me on airplanes as well.
The looks on the kids faces priceless !
😂 I was either smiling or laughing the whole time. I just love you guys.
Aww thank you, glad you enjoyed it!
Sharing a new adventure with the family is a memory for a lifetime. Have a great adventure and live the experience for all the joy and happiness it brings
Some great laughs., super editing. Looking forward to Wednesday’s video!❤
Thank you so much 💓
well that's a teaser if ever there was one! Great to see the kids faces of surprise and excitement! Can't wait to see where you are and what you get up too
Great family, great kids! Thanks for letting us watch them grow.
❤️
Chew bubblegum and yawning helps a lot. You can use a SCUBA diving technique of holding your nose, take a deep breathe, close your mouth, and blow hard. It should help equalize your eardrums.
such good kids. good parenting.
Thank you ❤️
Making Beautiful Memories ♥️ I can't wait to see where the family has landed.... Enjoy, You All deserve a Family Vacation after All the Hard Work you have Accomplished....I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A BLAST❤️🙏❤️🙏

How fun! My son flew and rode on his first tram in his early 20’s. Lol He was so nervous and excited. I was so happy to see him happy.
Family that travels together.
Stays happy and loving forever.
I love you guys. Stay safe everyone.
Fun video! Kids were awesome and I soaked up their surprise and delight! Thanks for taking us with you!
That's not chaos; they are lovely, well brought up children.
Your children are treasures!😍
So a flight that exists normally from Spokane as a direct flight but is also a direct flight from sea-tac on Alaska air that takes a couple hours that is warm enough to have those plants 🧐
I was about 5 when I first flew across the US. Flew from Lexington, KY to Atlanta, LAX. I was in love instantly. I love to fly. Your kids will be hooked.
After working so hard on your property and dream home, you guys deserve a “WE TRIP” have a lot of fun , build new memories and most of all be safe 🎊 May God Bless your trip and a safe return.
Si cute! Their brains are ready for new information! There’s a whole world or there! Have egg fun! You all have earned this break!!!
So funny! So sweet!! Brings back such fun memories flying with my 6 kids!
Love all the smiles! I never smile enough!
The going up and landing make me cry but the fear doesn’t stop me travelling, hope you all have an amazing time ❤
