Boy, look at that, more fun we missed. Would have been a great test for the Destinations and general abilities. I'll pour one out for your front diff, that definitely sucks hind quarters for sure. However, you will upgrade to newer and better things and i'm damn excited to see these new upgrades. All things considered, that Ol' Dana 30 didn't owe you much, you've had some great adventures on it.
It lasted along time and through a lot of adventures, that's for sure. I was hoping to swap it out before it was destroyed, but oh well.. that's how it goes sometimes
Wow...awesome trail ! That was an intense turn around that tree. Dang...too bad about the axle. A front axle break is my number 1 concern right now. I drive a 4Runner with an ARB air locker on the front. I really need to upgrade the stock CV Axles.
Yeah.. It was my concern also, especially with a Dana 30 in the front.. It ended up destroying everything, lockers, gears and cracked the diff.. I just ordered a new Dana 44 fully loaded
Yep.. It actually ended up being worse than I thought, destroyed the locker, gears, and even cracked the diff. We were supposed to camp that day but the weather turned to rain. We are doing an overland trip in 2 weeks time if I can get my jeep back up and running by that point.

That looked painful, having your rig break. Do you guys plan on any winter camping videos?
